2 The Company : TECHNOCHIMIKI Ltd, established in 1976, under the trade name of CHEMTECH to act as dealers for the promotion and sales of chemical and mining equipment in Greece. Today, TECHNOCHIMIKI Ltd s shareholders are Dimitris Lymperopoulos, Chemical Engineer and Kiriakos Mitsotakis, Mining Engineer and has three main sectors of activities: A. Production and sales of chemical products and industrial raw materials. B. Sales of equipment for mines, quarries and geotechnical works. C. Construction of tunnelling and excavation works. In all activities, Technochimiki Ltd is cooperating with experienced partners ie manufacturers, engineering firms, contractors, etc. Main customers of Technochimiki Ltd are all big firms in Greece as ATHENS METRO, EGNATIA ROAD, PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION s Hydroelectric dams, HELLENIC RAYLWAYS, INDUSTRIAL MINES, PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION s Lignite mines and also chemical, fertilizer, sugar, wood, transformer, oil refining, concrete, explosives and other industries in Greece. The present turn over of Technochimiki Ltd, over 5 millions /year, is shared equally between above activities. 2

3 Organization: The company s main office is located at: 3, Heyden st Athens / Greece Phone No : Fax No : technoch@otenet.gr Administration: Administration Dept is responsible for company purchases, stock analysis, contracts follow up and any other operations of the company. Director of the Administration dept is Mrs E. Lymperopoulou, Chemical Engineer. Accounting: The company has complete accounting and cost analysis department to follow all its activities. Director of the department is Mr. A. Kakolyris, Economist. Warehouse: Τechnochimiki`s warehouse and technical sector are located at Aspropyrgos in the nearby suburb of Athens. Main warehouse, workshop and production facilities are covering a total area of 5000 m 2 out of which 1200 m 2 is a building equipped with machines and equipment for the handling and delivery of products. Personnel : Today, Technochimiki Ltd employees about 35 persons in the following departments: Administration: 1 engineer, 1 accountant, 3 staff. Sales: 2 senior engineers, 2 assistants. Production: 1 senior engineer, 1 foreman, 4 operators After-Sales Service: 1 engineer, 1 foreman, 3 technicians. Construction: 1 senior engineer, 2 site engineers, 2 foremen, 12 operators. 3

Paraffin oils and Lubricants. Industrial products. 6 Construction Works : Technochimiki Ltd is today active in the construction of underground works, tunnelling and excavation works under the most difficult and demanding conditions. Type of Technochimiki s works: Contracting of total construction works Subcontracting special works with their own machinery and personnel with unit prices for the works Rental of machinery for construction of special works ie support, shotcrete, core drilling, etc. Our main today works are: Mining tunnels in Silver + Baryte Ores Mining co Production of Nickel ore in Larco SA. Dam construction for the Ministry of Agriculture. Director of the construction works is Mr. P. Mavridis, Mining Engineer. 6

7 Technical Service Sector : For the service to the clients, Technochimiki Ltd has a Technical sector including the following: Warehouse with spare parts stock, consumables and other products. Dept for training, quantitative & quality inspection of goods. Workshop for service, repair and over hauling of machines and equipment Distribution network for parts, products, consumables, etc. Technical service sector is responsible for the inspection, before delivery to the clients, of all material and products distributed, to secure the correct quality and quantity in accordance with the specifications of the product, on time delivery and proper transport, to save time and to minimize losses of the valuable products distributed. After delivery, the Service Dept follows the efficiency and the quality of the equipment and products in order to act, if necessary, for the service to the clients. The repairs, replacements or regulations are the most frequent activities taken by the After-Sales Dept to secure the life time care of the products. Director of Technical service is Mr Nikitas Giannakopoulos with the assistance of Mrs Iro Mitsotaki, Electrical Engineer. Production Sector : Technochimiki s production Dept is equipped for machining, heating, blending and packing of products which are delivered to the industry, mines, technical works, refineries, metallurgy, etc. The production plant is based in Aspropyrgos, Attica. Production Department, who delivers most of the chemical products of the company, is supervised by Mr. G. Livanis, Chemist. 7
