4 ALL INCLUSIVE Wibe Ladders scaffolding range is developed for our harsh northern climate, and designed to be both safe and easy to use. With our complete package solutions it is easier than ever to buy scaffolding. For each height there is a complete package that s easy to order; all you need to work safe and according to the rules is included. For example you get toe boards, stabilisers and platforms for every two meters in height which makes it safer to build and easier to send parts to the next level (ballast must be ordered separately). All parts are also available as spares, so you can always get a replacement if something gets damaged during use or transport. 4

5 5 MODELS Our range includes robust stair towers, rolling towers and trade scaffolding. All are of load class 3 and have been manufactured to the same high requirements of strength and stability. Which you choose depends on how hard you work, if you work high or low, inside or outdoors, for shorter or longer periods of time. Read more about which model you should choose on the next page. CONVENIENT & EASY On our latest models ST, RT and FT we have worked a lot on the small details that makes the scaffolding comfortable and easy to handle. The locking clamps have a pistol grip with room for two fingers, giving you more power. The impact-resistant locking clamps can also rest on the frame without locking by mistake. The different braces are colour coded to make it easier to distinguish between them. The brakes for the wheels and locks for frames, platforms and hatches are also colour coded so it s easy to find them and remember to lock them. The side profiles for the platform have a grip-friendly design to make it easier to lift and carry them. STABILITY Our ST- and RT-models are equipped with sturdy and height-adjustable, 200 mm wheels with sturdy mountings that goes far up in the frames. It gives the entire scaffolding a solid foundation which gives extra stability even when you build really high. The scaffoldings are also braced with diagonal bracing between each 2 meter frame section. This adds to the stability by locking the sections together. TYPE APPROVED All models are type-tested according to AFS 1990:12 and approved under the European Standard EN All scaffoldings are of load class 3, which is the highest possible for mobile scaffolding. 6 CHOOSING SCAFFOLDING PLATFORM HEIGHT (MAX) HOW HIGH DO YOU WORK? All our models are not approved for the same heights. To the right you can see the maximum platform heights indoors and outdoors and choose the models that fits your needs. 12,2 m 8,2 m Indoors Outdoors HOW HEAVY AND LONG DO YOU WORK? 5,8 m For heavier and longer work it is more efficient and comfortable to choose a model with a larger platform surface, see measure- 2,2 m ments to the right. The Stairway tower is the best choice, the stairs makes it easier to carry equipment and the large hatch makes it easier to get through. ST 1400 RT 1400 RT 750 FT 750 WHS 400 WHERE DO YOU WORK? Naturally a smaller model is better if you work in narrow spaces, see depth and width to the right. If you are working on uneven surfaces the ST or RT models are the best choices since they have height adjustable wheels, a feature the trade scaffolding doesn t have. If you are working in stairs the RT 750 is the best alternative, see the assembly instruction for more details. TRANSPORTATION AND BUILDING. DEPTH AND WIDTH Below the depth and width for the entire scaffolding (excluding wheels and stabilizers) are presented along with the measures for the top platform area. ST 1400 & RT 1400 Scaffolding: 2,5 x 1,4 m Platform: 2,3 x 1,3 m The smaller the model the easier it is to transport, see the measures to the right. If you choose a stair tower the stairs will take some extra space during transportation. The trade scaffoldings have a foldable bottom frame and you don t need stabilizers at the lowest height. This makes them very easy to use on lower heights. 7 ST 1400 STAIR TOWER A stair tower is the best choice if you are going to perform longer work on higher heights and need to carry heavy or cumbersome material. The stable stairs with deep steps makes transportation up and down the scaffolding easier and the large hatch makes it easier to get through. RT 1400 RT 750 ROLLING TOWERS A rolling tower is also a good choice for work at higher heights. There is a wider model (RT 1400) for more stability and space to move around and a slimmer model (RT 750) for work in narrow spaces and easier transportation. FT 750 WHS 400 TRADE SCAFFOLDING Trade scaffolding is a slightly simpler alternative. It doesn t reach the same heights and should primarily be used on hard and even surfaces. They are more compact which makes them easier to transport. The foldable bottom frame makes them easier to build; at the lowest height you only need the frame wheels, and a platform. 7

Easily-fitted stairs with sturdy stiles and hand rails without gaps for greater safety when getting up and down. Large working surface (2.4x1.3 m) on the top platform and special hatch to allow easy accessto the very top level. Overlapping bracing is used for additional safety and stability. Complete with platform every two metres up to the top, 125 mm wheels, toe boards and stabilisers. Extra-safe assembly thanks to overlapping bracing and additional platform every two metres. Cushioned profiles, locking clamps with ergonomic two-finger grip and colour-coded parts for easier transport, handling and assembly. Stable working surface (1.7x0.6 m) with toeboards on the top platform. Can easily be extended to the desired height with an add-on pack. Our wheeled scaffolding has bracing stays between every twometre frame section. This means that the sections are interconnected, making the scaffolding extra stable. Cushioned profiles. The platform s side profiles are designed to be easy to grip, to help you when carrying, lifting or pulling them into the scaffolding. Locking clamp with ergonomic grip. The cleverly designed locking clamp has a pistoltype grip which is easy to hold. It has space for two fingers so you can exert greater force. The impact resistant locking clamp can also rest on the frame pin without getting locked in position by mistake. Safe installation. A platform every two metres means you can extend the scaffolding safely and manage to send parts up to the next level. Stable work surface. The top platform provides a stable work station in confined spaces (1700x600 mm). It is equipped with a hatch and kick plate for ease of access and enhanced safety. Supporting legs are supplied as standard. The supporting legs supplied increase stability even more. If you are extending your scaffolding over 3.8 metres, you should add telescopic supporting legs as well. Lockable wheels.
