The following changes and/or substitutions to the plans and specifications are hereby made a part of same and are incorporated in full force as part of the contract. B. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in writing on his Proposal Form. C. See the following responses to RFI questions received from Contractor s 1. Hardware Set# 04A Set specifies both Rim Exit and Lockset Please advise which will be required? 1. Rim Exit is required. Add 1 EA closer to this set: # CL D-4551 TRI PACK SN Hardware Set#13 Set specifies Rim Exit, Except No Mullion was specified. Please advise if Exits will be Rim Type and Specify Mullion or if Intended to be surface Vertical Rod Exit 2214 LBR w/ Trim? 2. Surface V-Rods are required: # FL 2201 LBR

2 3. Hardware Set# 29 Openings # F125, F125A & F128. Set specifies Concealed Closer/Pivot package, Push plates and Armor Plates. Doors are type H Double Acting. Will these Doors be Traffic Doors specified in Section 08380? If so all Hardware would be Furnished by the Traffic Door Mfgr. 3. Hardware specified in set # 29 is correct. Doors to be double acting wood doors. 4. General Hardware Locksets Baldwin County maint. Supervisors have requested we do not use or specify Mortise Locksets for any new or additions. They have requested we furnish only the 9K3 Grade 1 Series Cylindrical Locksets. Please Advise to this change from the 45H Series Locks to the 9K3 Series Locksets? 4. Locksets/Latchsets shall be Best 9K3 series per the request of Baldwin County Schools. Replace all references to 45H series in section to 9K3 series. 5. Hardware Section Set # 01 Aluminum Storefront Doors A139A Set # 10 Aluminum Storefront Doors A139, A139B. These Exterior Aluminum Doors are tested with the Door manufacturers Hardware as an assembly. The Hardware specified could be used as a Basis of design but will need to be furnished by the Door Supplier. Will this hardware be furnished by the Door Manufacturer as required. 5. At hardware set # 01 - omit all hardware with the exception of the cylinders at opening # A139A. It will be the responsibility of the aluminum door supplier to furnish all other hardware that is required. Hardware at all other openings in this set shall be furnished as scheduled. At hardware set # 10 - omit all hardware with the exception of the cylinders at opening # A139, A139B. It will be the responsibility of the aluminum door supplier to furnish all other hardware that is required.

3 6. Hardware Section Hardware Set # 17 Aluminum Storefront Hardware. Please note: Hardware specified may be an issue for the Door Mfgr. In Most cases the ALSF Manufacturer wil use their own Exits and Pivot sets for this application. Will the ALSF Manufacturer furnish his own Pivots and Exits using the specified items as a Basis of Design? 6. Hardware to be furnished as specified. Section makes reference to section 08700; aluminum door suppliers may review specified hardware and furnish storefront material accordingly. 7. Hardware Sets # 26 & 28. Rim Exit Devices are specified with no Trim or Pulls. Will Trims or Pulls be required? If so, please specify the required Trim or Pull handles for the active door. 7. At set # 26, furnish (2) two offset pulls: equal to Hager 12L - 12" CTC, 630 MV3, AGION At set # 28, revise device at active leaf to 2103 CD 4903A. 8. General Hardware Note: Specification calls for all Cylinders to be keyed to the Existing BCS Key System, which is a Standard best Key System. However, several hardware sets have specified Patented Cormax. Will the Final Cores be standard or Patented Cormax for all Locksets and Cylinders? 8. Cylinders to be keyed to the existing Best "Standard" system. Delete all references to "CORMAX" or "PATENTED CORMAX".

4 1. What is the scope of Work at the existing buildings? 1. All to be Demolished except gymnasium. Drawing to be Provided. 2. Are we to use Fire Retardant wood for the Decking & Sleepers? 2. No Fire Retardant Decking or Sleepers Metal Deck provides Barrier. 3. Do we use PT fascia? 3. No. 4. What is the footing & block wall for on the east side of the kitchen & cafeteria? (can t find on Arch Drawings) 4. This is the Generator Enclosure See drawings A1.6 and detail 6 on A6.2. Note the enclosure was moved to the North Side of the Kitchen. Referencing sheet C3.0, 4 grease traps are shown in series and a grease waste line is shown going to the dumpster pad. However, sheet P1.6 only shows 2 of the traps and a branch line for the dumpster pad. Which sheet is correct? Both of the sheets are correct, as is the sanitary riser diagram on sheet P3.2 which shows four grease traps in series and the grease waste line from the dumpster pad drain. Note that sheet P1.0, because it is at a much smaller scale, also shows four grease traps.

5 Referencing sheet P2.6, a hot and cold line is going to the dumpster pad, but there are no specs for a faucet or floor drain at the pad. With respect to the faucet at the dumpster pad, it should be a Fiat 830-AA wallmounted faucet provided with an 889CC bracket, (or equals). The drain at that location should be the same as the floor drains in the typical locations. There is no need for a trap primer or a trap guard in this location. Sheet FP1.7 Riser Detail indicates a 6 pipe running back outside to a remote FDC location. However, Sheet C3.0 indicates, Provide FDC on Fire Main and no FDC piping. Please advise. The FDC shall be removed from the riser diagram and it should be installed as indicated by the civil engineering drawings. A6.2 SPECIFICATIONS A. Refer to Section 08700, Finish Hardware, revise as follows: 1. Add the following to Door #F132 in Hardware Set #1A B. Refer to Section Impact and Wind Resistant Aluminum Storefront Window Systems Revise as follows: Change all references to ICC to ICC Change all references to FEMA October 2008 to FEMA P March 2015 respectively. The system shall incorporate a weep design allowing any water penetration or internal condensation to flow through the system and exit to the exterior at the horizontal members. 4.
