5 In Detail Pre-cast Quay Walls Girder Moulds We design and manufacture block moulds including bases, shear keys, lifting pockets, tested and certified lifting beams to suit any shape of size. We manufacture a variety of profiles and lengths designed to roll back or hinge off the base. Our designs can cater for length and height variations using interchangeable panels and custom manufacture to suit our client's needs. Fixed and variable stop ends including anchor recesses are also Slab, Stair & with Beam provided along all necessary accessories. Moulds Barriers Pre-cast and cast in situ barrier moulds including jersey & median barriers, drainage gully, lighting and sign blister moulds. Covers a multitude of shapes and sizes which are designed and manufactured to suit customer needs. Columns & Bases Culverts & Manholes RMD Kwikform provides formwork solutions for pre cast columns of any profile including bases and capitals. Our designs also allow for the use of proprietary plumbing systems and add on's as required such as external vibrator mounting plates, inspection windows, lifting plates and access brackets. Moulds can be provided to cast culverts monolithically or wall & slab separately. Circular or square manhole forms are manufactured to any size including bases, cover slabs, pipe openings and block-outs as required. 4
