2 Glenmore Gazebo Our Timeless Glenmore Gazebo provides a stylish and secure addition to a patio or garden. Constructed using beautiful Douglas Fir beams with attractive joint detailing. Available with or without sides. Timeless Timber Buildings provide a range of high quality, UK manufactured products suitable for a wide range of applications including gazebos, summerhouses, garages, carports, stables, home offices and more. We have five standard designs to choose from and also offer a bespoke service to suit your specification. This individuality of design can further be enhanced by the addition of casement, or reversible sash windows, high performance doors and internal fittings to suit your every need. Our buildings are manufactured in the UK to the highest standards from high quality locally grown and environmentally sustainable solid timber components in Douglas Fir, Larch, Spruce and Pine. Each building is hand crafted to ensure all components are supplied ready to erect without the need to employ specialist contractors and can be constructed generally without the need for specialist equipment. Where Timeless Buildings are supplied as home offices or have built over accommodation it is recommended that suitably trained and authorised trades persons are employed to construct the building to ensure finished building will comply with local Building Control requirements. 4 Technical Specifications Your Timeless Building - General Information Workmanship Foundations Glenmore Gazebo Quotes provided on Timeless Buildings are valid for 60 days. Our flexible approach offers the options of supply only, supply and fit, in addition to modifications to our standard designs to meet your specific needs. Upon placing an order, a Timeless Buildings Customer Care Pack will be issued to guide customers through the design, build and installation process. In addition, Timeless Buildings can offer a range of roofing, windows, doors and guttering options appropriate to your needs. Roof coverings can include timber shingles, Decra light-weight tiling, natural slate or recycled slate or concrete tiles. Product Quality All Timeless Buildings are manufactured to the highest standards using Timbers from home grown well managed and sustainable forests using species such as Douglas Fir, Larch, Pine and Spruce. Product Guarantees Timeless Buildings provide a one year guarantee on the durability of all timbers, assuming general care and maintenance requirements have been carried out on a regular basis. All Timeless Buildings come with a one year guarantee for materials and workmanship when product is erected by approved Timeless Building fabricators. It is recommended that when self-build option is chosen a suitably qualified joiner or carpenter is employed particularly where the building has trussed rafters and specialist roof systems. In all cases detailed plans & fitting instructions will be made available to the client and these should be followed as directed. All Timeless buildings are fully manufactured and erected prior to delivery therefore there is no requirement to cut any major framed component. Adjusting panels or beams could invalidate the guarantee and structural integrity of the individual component. Planning & Building Control Buildings manufactured by Timeless Buildings are supplied for a variety of uses and to widely differing specifications. Certain buildings may require Local Authority planning and/or Building Regulations approval. It is the Customer s express responsibility to determine the need for, and obtain, all such approvals. All Timeless Buildings must be erected on suitable foundations. It is the client s responsibility to ensure foundations are suitable for the proposed building and to obtain engineering reports and recommendations as required. Timeless Buildings will supply a floor plan drawing to assist construction of foundations as appropriate. All Timeless Buildings are to be erected on suitably prepared and level ground. In all cases recommended ground fixings must be used to ensure timber is not subjected to undue moisture. Details of all fixings will be provided as part of the supply package and must be used as per manufactures instructions. Construction Plans Where a self-build option is chosen a full set of construction details will be provided for your installer. Lead Times Lead times for delivery and or installation will be advised at time of order. Timeless Buildings nor its manufacturers or installers will accept responsibility for delays to supply or install out with the control of the company.
