3 TIMBER TIMBER Our timber garden sheds can be positioned on bricks, 4 concrete blocks or paving slabs. It is the customer s responsibility to have the required number of blocks or slabs on site, we will advise you on ordering how many blocks/slabs are required. Each type of timber garden shed is available in 3 finishes: Rustic Finish Rustic Finish The rustic finish is the basic finish, the walls of the garden shed are built with overlapping timbers which are rough (have not been planed). The floor and roof are butt jointed timbers. The roof is finished outside with green synthetic felt and a perspex window. The door is fitted as standard with the hinges on the right hand side when viewed from outside. The rustic timber finish is 9mm thick. Economy Finish The exterior of the Economy garden shed is finished with (125mm by 12mm) weather board, this gives a nicer and cleaner finish to the shed, the smooth finish offers better protection from the weather and is easier to paint. The floor and roof are butt jointed timbers. The roof is finished with non tear felt and one window on the side is standard glazed with perspex. The Economy timber is 12mm PAO. Economy Finish Pressure Treated Finish The pressure treated range of sheds are manufactured from pressure treated spruce sourced from Scandinavia. The timbers have been shaped into a log effect and are shiplapped to give better weathering while the floor and roof have tongued and grooved timbers to offer greater strength. The barrell board finish is 5 by 1 and because it is a slow growing timber it is very suitable for the Irish climate. The pressure treated barrell board finish is available throughout the complete garden shed range. The pressure treated timber is 18mm PAO. Pressure Treated 3

Please note when ordering your new Lodge that the 2ft Veranda is included in the size so for example a 10ft by 8ft Lodge will have an 8ft by 8ft shed portion and then a 2ft veranda to the front.

The shed features a 2ft veranda to the front, a window on each side of the door and decorative fascia on the roof and over the windows. Please note when ordering your new Lodge that the 2ft Veranda is included in the size so for example a 10ft by 8ft Lodge will have an 8ft by 8ft shed portion and then a 2ft veranda to the front. The Pent Our Pent shed has a traditional gardeners shed appearance. The elongated windows to the front allow more light inside if it is used as a hobby shed or as a potting shed for the garden. The flat roof on the pent shed is popular for small city gardens as it can be concealed easily in a corner in the garden without much of the roof protruding above the boundary walls and fences. 7 CONCRETE CONCRETE Our Concrete building range is available in four distinct styles with a building to suit all requirements from a secure storage unit to a workshop to a proper garage for your car. These buildings are built from prefabricated concrete sections bolted together with a maintenance free aggregate finish to the outside which matches the dry-dash finish of many Irish homes. Roof cover is provided by black Onduline roof panels with an optional translucent panel for natural light. There is a selection of timber cladded or galvanised steel single access doors or full roller shutter doors to allow access for a car. There is also a choice of windows to add further light and character to your new concrete building. Our concrete and Duraboard buildings must sit on a concrete base which has been constructed to our dimensions and specifications. The exterior is then finished with a Cement fibre board giving a beautiful wood-grained timber effect exterior. This board will arrive with a colour but can be painted using a masonry paint to match your home. The Duraboard range of garden sheds come as standard with a double glazed door with the option of two sizes of double glazed U windows.the roof has a vapour barrier fitted and then is cladded with Onduline roof sheets.
