Adding post-harvest value is key to emerge from an agriculture-driven to an industrial economy Local food production is key to reduce pressure on the external accounts when population is growing fast Grid electricity outages impact their production and effectiveness (e.g. spoilage) Current usage of diesel generators in attempt to overcome these challenges - also expensive and carbon intensive Rental solar is a first step to reducing cost & emissions; once augmented with batteries, then 100% reliability ensured

5 Mitoboto Challenges Mitoboto aims to penetrate new markets, expanding through new buildings, chillers, packing machines, pumps, feeders -> goal to process 7,000 chicks per month Despite connection to national grid frequent power outages and high cost are impacting their poultry livestock and revenue Only current option is diesel generators to overcome unpredictability and ensure more consistent energy provision Consumption of large quantities of diesel fuel comes at a significant financial cost, hurting Mitoboto s bottom line Diesel generators also cause significant carbon emissions while Mitoboto wants to establish a sustainable, healthy business

6 Mitoboto Solution Analysis of energy infrastructure indicated requirement of approximately 200 kw of 24/7 power 87 kwp rental solar farm fully commissioned to create an efficient hybrid system with existing diesel generators and intermittent grid Preassembled, containerized, shipped & set up on 1,250 sqm of Mitoboto s property in a tent-shaped, ground-mounted structure Rental agreement model allows Mitoboto to invest its capital in its core business Modular technology and rental model facilitates scaling its solar farm in the future while controlling cost On-site support, 24/7 monitoring and operations services to ensure reliability and safety
