Should have integrated safety systems like : Safe reaction chamber design so that no gas phase forms in the reactor Have trip interlock systems that shut down the generator in the event of loss of dilution water. Should have safety features keeping in view the explosive nature of chlorine di oxide. F. Should be able to use Chlorine gas as feed component. G. GAIL will provide only Chlorine gas, Water supply (3.0 to 3.5kg/cm2) and electrical power connection for the generator; all the other requirements needed for generators have to be supplied by vendor. H. Vendor s site representative will be responsible for the safe Operation and Maintenance of the generator. I. One set of operating manual of the Generator has to be provided to GAIL.
