1 LSPEF dues position as on The Department is in the process of updating records and information relating to the outstanding Levy Sugar Price Equalization Fund (LSPEF) dues in respect of sugar mills. An attempt is being made to update the status of pending litigation before different courts. 2. A list of dues as per the records of the Department is being placed on the website so that any dispute or discrepancy in the figures maybe pointed out along with documentary evidence so that corrective action can be taken to ensure the accuracy of dues.
