Marga heads the Pensions team and keeps a particular focus on certain more specialised aspects, such as data protection legislation. Professional Support Lawyer Christophe Geuens Practice Group Litigation & Risk Management He supports the Data Protection & Privacy team and is responsible for the practical aspects of the GDPR Toolkit such as the e-portal and its maintenance. In the field of data protection and privacy, Marga has a particular focus on privacy issues in the employment relationship, such as the treatment of personal data in recruitment, whistleblowing and the monitoring of the use of internet and by employees.
