Create a registry for training and career opportuni4es for nutri4on Create a template for all educa+onal ins+tu+ons to provide standardized info on opportuni+es and selec+on criteria Host webinars to broaden awareness on opportuni+es and career paths Develop Careers brochure to show different pathways (Clinical, Faculty, other). Show the inter-disciplinary opportuni+es.

Create Special Interest Groups (SIGS) to allow networking across disciplines, enable content development and encourage engagement Based on same database as above for all membership Iden+fy finite list of interests, develop mandate for SIGS Develop specific opera+on plans for each SIG webinars, advocacy efforts, training opportuni+es, posi+on papers. Ensure topics reach the needs of our various audiences: Research, Clinical (umbrella focus areas) Build capacity to enable CNS to focus and be more responsive

Create training opportuni4es with relevant partners Short-term goal link to thema+c and annual conferences and webinars Longer-term goal new/independent ini+a+ves Profile/advise/plan co-specialty opportuni+es New Fellowship programs

Create mentorship events to guide students/trainees on all aspects of becoming a nutri4on professional Build on opportuni+es provided by having senior a^endees at conferences etc. to link trainees to leaders for career development support: Meet the prof, How to (CVs, interviews, grant applica+ons), etc.
