Create a registry for training and career opportuni4es for nutri4on Create a template for all educa+onal ins+tu+ons to provide standardized info on opportuni+es and selec+on criteria Host webinars to broaden awareness on opportuni+es and career paths Develop Careers brochure to show different pathways (Clinical, Faculty, other). Show the inter-disciplinary opportuni+es.

Create Special Interest Groups (SIGS) to allow networking across disciplines, enable content development and encourage engagement Based on same database as above for all membership Iden+fy finite list of interests, develop mandate for SIGS Develop specific opera+on plans for each SIG webinars, advocacy efforts, training opportuni+es, posi+on papers.
