2 MOEC Objec*ves Develop leaders in manufacturing and opera3ons roles who will iden3fy and lead improvement efforts Define and implement projects that have a real, posi3ve impact Support partner organiza3ons efforts to build a pipeline of leadership talent Create an on- going development program that is directly linked to the organiza3on s values and expecta3ons of leaders Provide tools that will be disseminated by par3cipants and beneficial to internal teams 2

Keys to building a diverse, effec3ve team. - Crea#ng an Innova#on Culture process for developing agile, adaptable teams that drive customer responsiveness and support for innova3on. Day 2: Leading Change session on change management processes, an3cipa3ng challenges during execu3on, and managing key rela3onships in leading change - Influencing/Mo#va#ng Others key skills in mo3va3ng the behaviors of others including: power, decision- making, communica3on, and listening. - Risk Management analyzing risks and adap3ng leadership style to match 6
