1 SURVEY ON MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RFL STRATEGY (PHASE 2) Welcome to our survey. Your feedback is important to us. To be able to provide information that is accurate and useful, the person completing this survey should be as close as possible to the actual management of RFL activities within your National Society. Therefore, one of the following persons should complete the survey subject to availability: 1. National manager or person responsible for RFL service (e.g. Head of Tracing Service or Department, National Coordinator for RFL services). 2. National manager of department providing RFL services (e.g. Head of Department of International Affairs, Disaster Management, Social Affairs, Refugees and Asylum Seekers). 3. Senior manager (e.g. Secretary General, Director). Please note: If your National Society does not provide RFL services, it is still important that a Senior Manager completes this survey. Please note that National Societies may complete only one survey each. In order to help us collect best practices, you might be asked at a later stage to share with us certain documents mentioned in the survey. If you do not have the time to complete the survey in one session, you can come back any time to finish the survey as long as you use the same computer from where your answers will be saved automatically. 9% Next 1
