3 SELECTION PROCESS Selection process involves different stages. These include: 1. Documentation of paperwork is done for identifying the candidate details. 2. Screening and testing of candidates for desired profile. 3. Final Selection is based on results of tests conducted which ensure compatibility of selected candidates with that of given job profile they applied to.
