3 FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER Manage all F&B day--day operations within budgeted guidelines and the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external cusmer service Lead the F&B team by training and guiding talented personnel Establish targets, procedures, schedules and policies Ensure optimal preparations and execution of all F&B activities Provide an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork Comply with all health and safety regulations Report regarding sales results and productivity REQUIREMENTS Proven Food and Beverage management experience in upscale restaurants (+/- 5 years) Mastery in delegating multiple tasks Communication, planning/time management and leadership skills Up date with food and beverage trends and best practices Ability manage personnel and meet financial targets Guest oriented and service minded Able work shifts including weekends and holidays Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written, Papiamentu is a plus
