The Club's 330 Members enjoy outstanding facilities including a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course ranking in the top ten in Texas, a 93,000-square foot clubhouse offering a variety of dining and entertaining venues, 15 guest suites, a state of the art fitness center and swimming pool. The Club's members are among the nation's business and social leaders and share a great passion for Miramont. Located in Bryan, TX, adjacent to College Station and Texas A&M University, Miramont is a community of beautifully designed family-friendly neighborhoods. The Club enjoys a unique relationship with the University, hosting various events for alumni and guests throughout the year. The Club is located within a two-hour drive to Houston and Austin, and within a three-hour drive to Dallas and San Antonio, where several out-of-town members reside. Food & Beverage With a variety of formal and informal dining offered throughout the year, annual food & beverage revenues are $1.7M, with 60 percent of sales coming from a la carte member dining. The Club offers a formal dining room (open four nights per week), two casual member dining rooms (open six days per week) and indoor and outdoor banquet spaces.

The will have the capacity to guide all culinary operations while implementing the vision of the leadership team and Club owners. The s mission is to consistently provide exceptional culinary experiences to the members on a daily basis in a comfortable and inviting "home away from home" atmosphere. The ability to make critical choices in menu development, to work hands on with the staff, and to mentor, train and lead is essential. Strong administrative and financial management skills are also required in controlling food and labor costs while producing consistent member satisfaction and operating results. High integrity, character and superior communication skills are highly valued traits for the position. The will lead a team of approximately 18 employees. This role demands a dynamic, polished leader who fosters relationships, interacts at the highest levels within the Club, among the membership and in the community, while representing with the utmost standards of service, integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: The oversight and professional direction of the Culinary Team. Develop a collaborative atmosphere and culture fostering a culture of excellence, which results in world-class experiences for the Members and guests. Ultimately responsible for all culinary operations, therefore always making decisions with the Club s vision and tradition in mind. Recruit, train, evaluate and mentor the Culinary Team. Evaluations will be ongoing and include a formal annual review for all staff members. Implement and enforce employee policies in accordance with the Employee Handbook on a consistent basis. Respond to member comments and requests in a timely and positive manner with the goal of maximizing member satisfaction. The will emphasize a member-first service culture that ensures member patronage, satisfaction and maximizes the use of the Club s facilities. The is expected to set the pace for the culinary team and to actively promote a positive, safe and drug free work environment where teamwork and cooperation are emphasized. 3

Such duties will involve employing proper ordering, receiving, inventory, storage and distribution of food products to be coordinated with the General Manager, Aaron Dawson. Direct supervision of the staff in the production of all menus to ensure the highest quality ingredients, proper equipment usage, consistency, portion control and garnishing are maintained. Meet on a regular basis with the management team and related staff regarding planning and preparation of all menus and Club events. Assist in the planning of departmental annual operations and capital budgets including policies and procedures to ensure proper controls necessary to achieve the parameters established by the budget. Visibility and accessibility of the are paramount to include daily lunch and dinner service and at Club events. An active and positive representative of the Club in the greater Bryan/College Station area. Requirements A minimum of five years as an, Executive Sous Chef or comparable in a high volume, high quality venue; high-end private club, hotel and/or resort. A career path marked with stability and professional achievement. A CEC or CMC designation is preferred. Recognition as a skilled teacher and mentor with a verifiable record of staff development and promotion from within. A broad based culinary background including a thorough working knowledge of a variety of cuisines. Strong administrative and financial skills. The ability to manage under pressure. A culinary degree from an accredited institution. A working knowledge of computer programs and POS systems. A commitment to the profession and culinary excellence.
