RSPNSIB T The Trust C RSPNSIB FR eadership and Management of and contribu on to the wider Trust. Inspire Trust is commi ed to safeguarding and promo ng the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, other workers and volunteers to share this commitment Main Purpose The post is that of of and member of the Inspire Trust xecu ve Team. To provide leadership and direc on in order to ensure that TRC establishes its Mission, achieves its Strategic ims and bjec ves and fulfils its responsibili es. To adopt both a visionary and empathe c leadership approach, in order to equip the College to adapt and succeed in the post 16 educa on and training environment and within the Trust, as a major provider of educa on to the communi es it serves. ll leaders of ins tu ons within the Trust will work within the Governance and xecu ve Framework to discharge their leadership, opera onal ac vi es and accountabili es as iden fied in the Governance and xecu ve Framework (this document has been provided with the post informa on). In addi on all post holders are required to discharge all of the requirements iden fied in the funding agreement and the ar cles of associate of the Trust (and TRC). ll staff are required to discharge other legal, regulatory ac vi es and work within the Policies and Procedures of the Trust and TRC.

2 Du es of the Post (including eadership, ccountabili es and pera onal c vi es). = ccountability (which means being responsible for something to somebody) = eadership (guide, direct and influence the outcomes of) = pera onal (day-to-day management and control of these ac vi es) Strategic Direc on and Governance of Inspire Trust (SDG) In consulta on with the Board establish the Strategic Direc on and bjec ves of the Trust and the cademies stablish the framework for Strategic eadership and Management of Inspire Trust and the cademies stablish the Trust School Improvement Planning Process and required outcomes (including working with F, SS, NCT) Strategic Direc on and Governance of Inspire Trust (SDG) To secure Safeguarding arrangements for the Trust and the cademies in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Secure equality in all aspects of Trust and cademy opera ons. Develop and ensure delivery of the Trust's pera onal Scheme of Delega on. Respond to escalated complaints and ensure effec ve responses are provided. Develop Policy and Procedure to support the Strategic and pera ng Frameworks of the Trust.

Communicate pupil/student performance levels to the Trust, staff, pupils, students and their parents/carers. Dis-apply pupils/students from the Na onal Curriculum ead and manage the school's / college's educa onal logis cs. nsure that all aspects of the curriculum and its requirements are communicated effec vely to staff, pupils/students and their parents/carers.

Implement special educa onal needs policy (including liaison with external agencies) nsure, where appropriate, that pupils/students take part in a daily act of collec ve worship Determine measures to promote good behaviour Decide whether to admit pupils/students and or to appeal against direc ons to admit pupils/students.
