5 Our Services Our services cover the entire region, from Mexico, including the Caribbean and Central America, down to South America. We file applications for patents, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks. We register domain names, contracts of transfer of technology and similar documentation in all countries of the region on behalf of several multinational, medium sized and small, foreign as well as local companies. We also prosecute said applications and monitor the enforcement of the property rights once they are granted and/or recognised in each country. In 2007, Moeller IP Advisors started the Regional Regulatory Affairs adding a new activity to its traditional Legal and IP Services for Healthcare companies, offering to their clients the preparation of registration dossiers for new products and variations to marketed products for the submission by the Health authority. Companies interested in performing business with healthcare products should be aware that it is very important to get a good understanding on how to preserve the rights on their products in this region and will will require an integral assistance covering Legal- IP and Regulatory Affairs issues.
