3 SCADA International is looking for a Financial Assistant Are you a finance professional with an international mindset? Are you motivated by improving financial work flows, securing timely reporting and filing and acting as a service function for the organization on all levels? Then you might be our new colleague for our finance team in Silkeborg, DK. About SCADA International SCADA International is a project organization and solution driven company that offers consultancy, engineering and project solutions, as well as commissioning and execution of SCADA systems within the renewable energy sector. Our vision is to be the most trusted global partner within SCADA technical support and solutions to the renewable energy industry. SCADA International enables the renewable energy sector to optimize production and reduce cost, through intelligent software and hardware that captures live production data from various sources and turn them into decision supporting information. We are a dynamic company with a vast amount of experience within SCADA systems, SCADA application solutions, Park Network Solutions and energy power control. For more information about SCADA International please visit: The position We offer an exciting position where you will have the opportunity to work with financial reporting in a company that welcomes commitment, enthusiasm and initiative. You will join a team of finance professionals and work independently with accounting. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and be part of a great international finance team. Your primary tasks will include: Ongoing registration in all business units that do not have a separate administration setup. Prepare customer invoices and intercompany invoices. Prepare and handle salaries for all employees in the Danish and German business unit (Bluegarden). Handle public filings, such as Danmarks Statistik, Moms og intrastat mv. Together with the Finance Manager, prepare BI reporting for other departments and build and maintain internal tools for analysis. What we expect from you You are outgoing and have a flexible mindset knowing that it is necessary to serve as back-up function for colleagues when you are part of a small team. You understand the value of working together and solving problems as a team while at the same time have independent responsibility for own tasks and assignments. It is essential that you have an international mind-set and that you thrive in working with different cultures, adapting to situations and circumstances when necessary, hence you communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English as well as Danish.

4 Your background Your educational background can be documented as accountant or other corresponding financial education combined with 3-5 years work experience within accounting. You have a sound understanding of the finance area, especially accounting, and know how to apply and adapt general accounting principles across an organization with a contemporary and pragmatic approach. You have experience working with ERP systems, preferably with NAV 2013 or with a newer version of Navision. 5 The Recruitment Process at SCADA International The recruitment process at SCADA International is vigorous and thorough. We want to attract the best candidates for our positions! First step: Telephone or Skype interview Selected candidates are invited to a telephone interview with our HR department to secure alignment on practical expectations and to understand your overall motivation. Further, the telephone/skype interview is a way to identify whether you have the required skills and competencies needed in the position. Second step: First Onsite Interview You are invited to a personal meeting at a SCADA International location to meet with the immediate manager and HR. During the First Onsite Interview we will be interested in getting to know you more through your background, your experience, your aspirations and dreams about your future career. We will also provide you with much more information on the company, company culture, the job content and the department you will be part of. Third step: Second Onsite Interview For the Second Onsite Interview you will be asked to prepare and present a case based on situations and circumstances that may occur in the position applied for. The purpose is to give you a better understanding of the position as well as to give us an idea on how you would proceed, decide and prioritize in the case situations presented. Following these steps there will be a calibration period with reference interviews before a final decision is made. Once a mutual decision has been agreed upon and the employment agreement has been signed our Education Center will work out a structured onboarding plan to ensure a thorough introduction to the job, the organization, the culture, the products/services, the business and the SCADA International way of doing things.
