6 Centers of Excellence Vision To be the primary source of workforce and labor market information and insight for the California Community College System.
7 Center of Excellence Goals Identify opportunities and trends in high growth, emerging, and economically critical industries and occupations. Assess the gap between labor market demand, available training, and program graduates. Help colleges increase their ability to respond to workforce needs by providing them better information for decision-making.
