10 MAJOR INDUSTRIAL SAFETY PROJECTS Ensure reliable risk management during development projects and factory shutdowns, from the expression of needs to recommissioning Anticipate, organise and coordinate safety in the context of of multiple worker operations Incorporate all regulatory requirements Manage risks during development projects and factory shutdowns: safety plan or site safety coordination Structuring of operation lifecycle stages: before, during, after Incorporation of risk management and continuous improvement into each phase of the project Continuous support and monitoring of preventive measure implementation on the ground (audits, inspections, site safety officer etc.) Safety process control: ongoing feedback from experience and continuous traceability of actions Assistance in relations with the authorities: workplace inspectorate, CARSAT.
