Our product range comprises corrugated as well as smooth pipes for most different applications in a lot of dimensions. Injection-molded parts as well as tools and accessories for further processing in the sector heating/sanitary enhance our considerable product portfolio. With the overlapped welded aluminum MLCP, MAINCOR customers may benefit from a possible combination of the basic materials PE, PE-RT or PE-X. As to pipe geometries, individual customer specifications can of course be taken into consideration. Continuous process control of the manufacturing quality with state-of-the art measuring techniques ensures that sophisticated requirements will be fulfilled at any time. 4 Corrugated pipes for applications in use Twinpipe details: Two strings connected with bars whereas one string is provided with a coextruded colored line for continuous marking. From the mere production of protection pipes for sanitary and heating installation, a product range has meanwhile emerged, offering the customer a wide portfolio of profile options, dimensions and colors for a particularly individual market presence. The corrugated pipe coils are sold cut-to-lengths depending on dimensions, intention of application and processing starting from 25 m up to 4,500 meters. Continuous improvement of the standard products as well as the realization of innovative ideas is also the result of a close collaboration among MAINCOR customers and MAINCOR R&D department. The product line TWINPIPE was for example designed in accordance with this principle. TWINPIPE consists of two strings connected with bars whereas one string is provided during production with a coextruded colored line for continuous marking. Consequently, errors in laying and connecting can be efficiently avoided while installing flow and return pipes. 5 Cost-saving pipe-in-pipe The subsequent insertion of smooth-wall pipes into protection pipes on-site is particularly work and cost-intensive with long-distance conduit constructions. For this reason, more and more companies make use of pre-assembled products for increasing productivity. MAINCOR automatically insert conduit pipe into a protection pipe enabling their customers to save a full work step for laying the pipe and thus time and additional expenses. MAINCOR offer the service of inserting pipes cut-to-lengths up to a total of 200 meters. We leave it to our customers either to provide their own exterior and/or interior pipe or to buy both pipes from MAINCOR production directly. A sophisticated production technique allows for inserting two tubes parallel into the double-stringed TWINPIPE. MAINCOR customers certainly also benefit from a wide variety of packing options (paper board container, stretch foil, pallets in different sizes). 6 Injection-molded parts for use in practice The use of accessory parts in installation has substantially increased. Especially in the fields of radiant panel heating and radiator connection, these parts ensure a tight fit and exact positioning of the connector pins. MAINCOR offer a wide range for these fields of application facilitating reliably the pipe layers work. The high quality of more than 60 million produced injection-molded parts per year is a decisive factor for our client groups. Economically efficient and technically reliable products are designed by a practice-oriented development of tools for processing a wide portfolio of materials and the contemporary realization of complex mold specifications. MAINCOR pipe staples are assembled in practical string units of 30 or 50 items and offered in standard packing units of 300 or 1,000 items. This connection can be easily separated by using the MAINCOR stapler during processing. Injectionmolded parts Construction Using pipe staples has never been easier: the welded connection of the pins makes the removal of adhesive tapes prior to processing redundant. 6

7 Functional Tools The appeal of the MAIN- COR stapler amongst others lies in its functional and optically attractive design. Fixing of the decoiler MT- H-CLICK on a customary pushcart is enabled by optionally available accessories. Specially designed tools for supporting the craftsmen to handle and lay sanitary and heating pipes of most different materials enhance the MAINCOR portfolio. The stable foldaway decoiler MT-H CLICK (max. load: 170 kg) with its extraordinary equipment and functionality is far ahead of other decoiler types currently launched on the market. MT-H CLICK is suitable for decoiling all kinds of plastic pipes. The following accessories are available for the decoiler MT-H CLICK: mechanical brake, adjustable device to avoid over-jumping, marking for defined pipe dimensions, height-adjustable stanchions. Installation work can be considerably facilitated by using an optionally available retainer for fixing the decoiler on a pushcart. A tool accessory specially designed for the decoiler MT-H CLICK, uniquely combining the functions of pipe straightening as well as pipe bending, resulted from the close cooperation among MAINCOR and practitioners and their demands on an innovative and practice-oriented tool.
