1 MIS-22410/18/R 23/07/ 2018 LIMITED TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF ROUTERS Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation invites sealed tenders for Supply of Routers for various outlets of Supplyco all over Kerala. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: Two separate sealed covers with the caption -"TECHNICAL BID FOR SUPPLY OF ROUTERS TENDER NO. MIS-22410/18/ R DTD. 23/07/2018" & COMMERCIAL BID FOR SUPPLY ROUTERS TENDER NO. MIS-22410/18/ R DTD. 23/07/2018 should be mentioned and submitted on or before 03 /08/2018,3 pm. Technical bid will be opened on 04/08/2018, 11am and Commercial bid on 04/08/2018, 3 pm Scope of Project : Supply of Routers to the outlets / locations specified in the purchase order Earnest Money Deposit: An EMD of Rs. 3000/- should be submitted by the party along with the tender for routers. The EMD should be in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Kochi. Tenders without EMD will be rejected straight away. EMD of all parties will be returned once the successful bidder submits the acceptance letter. Details to be mentioned in the Technical bid 1. Technical compliance as per Annexure II. 2. Address to which Purchase order to be placed in case orders are awarded. 3. The EMD to be enclosed along with the technical bid compulsorily. 4. A signed copy of the terms and conditions with name and seal of authorized signatory. 5. The bidder should produce the self attested photocopies of documents related to allocation of Registration Number, PAN number, VAT number etc. The technical bid will be scrutinized first and only the successful party s commercial bid will be considered. Details to be mentioned in the Commercial bid Bidders to quote their rate offered for Router. The rate should be of one router inclusive of all taxes. Signature of Bidder Page 1

2 DELIVERY : The Successful Bidder should be responsible for delivering the routers without any additional charge, in the locations mentioned in the purchase order, on or before the said date. If the scheduled date of delivery & installation, falls on holiday / non working day (at the delivery location), the next working day shall be treated as due date of delivery. PAYMENT TERMS : 90% payment on supply, installation, proper working after producing invoice along with delivery challan and installation report duly signed with date and seal, by the user. 10 % will be paid on submission of performance bank guarantee for an equivalent amount till the end of warranty period (1yrs from the date of delivery) else 10 % will be retained until expiry of the warranty period. Any delay in delivery & installation will attract penalty at the rate of 1 % of the total cost per week (7 days) and if the delay exceeds more than 28 days after the mentioned date of delivery & installation in purchase order, penalty will be at the rate of 2% of the total cost per week (7 days) after the 28 days. The total delay cut amount will be captured from the 90% payment itself. WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE: Onsite warranty for all Hardware delivered and installed for a minimum of 3 years warrantee period. The equipment must be warranted against all manufacturing / installation defects a period of 1 year from the date of successful installation and acceptance. ARBITARATION: Any dispute regarding the above contract shall be trailed in the court within the jurisdiction of the city of Kochi. OTHER CONDITIONS : The successful bidder to forward an acceptance letter, on issue of work order from Supplyco, within 7 days from the date of work order.
