Automatic bottle feeder with a flat turning helix placed at machine table level.. Bottles arriving in single lane, upright standing enter the helix, which provides to turn them in a laying position. At the end of the helix a Pick-up system moves the bottle into the bucket of the Cartoner's infeed chain. The Feeder does not include feeding conveyors to the helix. Developed to pick up loose items from a belt and feed them to the cartoner with a continuous movement, Robovision can perform up to 00 pick ups per minute. Thanks to its camera and software, this innovative machine recognises the image of the product to be fed and can angle the product for correct insertion in the cartoner s buckets. Equipped with follower movement, thanks to its bridge structure, it can be used with both new product features an extremely flexible layout and great precision. The software, like the whole design, was developed entirely by Marchesini. What s more, if the device deliberately or accidentally does not pick up the product, it can be rejected at the end of the belt before reaching the carton conveyor. These excellent features and extreme adaptability make Robovision suitable for many applications, in both the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. 2

It does not include leaflet feeders from magazine or Feeder-Folder. 4/060 Standard Prefolded Leaflet Magazine. The magazine is composed of adjustable inclined guides and can be easily adapted to the various dimensions. The magazine must be loaded manually with prefolded leaflets in correct position. The unit is complete with a minimum load sensor, connected to a machine stop after pickups under limit. MAIN FEATURES The machine design provides high quality output based on the application of new technologies and proven experience in this field. The machine offers the advantage of a minimum space requirement. A heavy-duty structure grants safe performance. In the design, GMP norms have been followed and the machine is delivered with the Œ mark. The working area is in cantilever (balcony type) Layout. Supporting structure with vertical partition to separate the mechanical section on the rear, from the working area, product transport-carton-leaflet handling on the front on operator s side. Carton closing movements running in oil bath, enclosed in two drive boxes. The lower machine body contains the main three-phase SIEMENS motor and vacuum pump source and is separated from the working area to allow for easy cleaning. Vacuum distributions achieved by solenoids. Inclined surfaces on the lower machine part transport discarded products and cartons towards the operator into proper collecting bins. CARTONING SECTION - Carton magazine with pusher belt, standard length 750mm (29,5 ), below the product bucket chain, on operator s side, at approx. 900mm (35 ) from floor level, with minimum load control. Simplified magazine guide and pickup adjustment with millimeter scales.

Direct transfer into the belt transport system. Positive carton pickup control from magazine. - After pre-breaking the carton is transported by a parallel mounted lug chain, which maintain the carton in perfect square. - The carton transport system is centrally adjustable and equipped with digital indicators. - Widening of the belt transport system performed with handwheel and digital indicators to suit carton length ( H dimension). - Product arriving from the infeed chain is inserted with a pusher placed opposite operator side. - After the closing operation lateral belts discharge the carton. After clearance, a reset is mandatory. - Machine stop after three consecutive errors. - No product, No carton, No leaflet (if group is mounted).
