2 General information Technical Training Center Your equipment investment pays even greater dividends when it is put to skillful and safe use. The success of your business depends on the quality of your operators. Good equipment operators move the maximum amount of eggs in the minimum amount of time. They operate machines safely, and they know how to cut down on unnecessary downtime and loss. With our training courses, you elevate your operators to higher levels of proficiency and realize the full potential of your spend. The Moba Technical Training Center (TTC) is a unique facility at our premises in Barneveld. We kindly invite you and your employees to explore your machine and provide you with the technical knowledge and know-how to maximize performance and efficiency of your new Moba equipment. The Technical Training Center offers state of the art machines for egg handling and packaging. Our qualified and highly skilled trainers have many years of experience in the professional technical training of both customers and our own staff from all over the world. The training courses we provide are a well-balanced mix of theory and practice. They offer extensive opportunity for practice and learning about machine production setup, maintenance and output performance. Every course is based on a small group size so you get the best personal attention and a lot of time to actually practice on a live machine. We will make sure you leave our premises as a specialist on your machine. Training times Morning Break Afternoon 09:00 12:00 am 12:00 13:00 pm 13:00 16:00 pm During the break, lunch is provided by a selection of cold dishes. Special diets can be arranged for upon request. Language All courses are in English. The services of an interpreter can be arranged for upon request. Certificate The last day of the training course is completed with an evaluation; your efforts will be rewarded with a certificate of attendance. 2

Courses Omnia Operator Training Goal The participant is made familiar with the user-software and the logistics of the machine. The everyday skills required are acquired by means of practical work.

The ability to maintain the machine mechanically (greasing and cleaning schedule). The carrying out of small mechanical repairs to the machine.

4 Courses Omnia Operator Training Goal The participant is made familiar with the user-software and the logistics of the machine. The everyday skills required are acquired by means of practical work. These activities consist of: The use of the machine operating-panel. The ability to interpret the display-signals and alarmsignals. The ability to set the denester for various types of packaging. The ability to maintain the machine mechanically (greasing and cleaning schedule). The carrying out of small mechanical repairs to the machine. Duration 5 days Minimum of participants 4 This course covers the following topics 1 Introduction 2 MMI Software 3 Operating the machine 4 Detection systems 5 Weigh unit calibration 6 Basic fault finding 7 Cleaning procedures Separate training available for Omnia XF/FT and PX. Profile participant The participant has to be familiar with the grading and packing of eggs and must be able to distinguish the various qualities of eggs. 4

5 Omnia Service Training Goal The course deals with technical matters needed to guarantee the continuation of production. In addition, through practice, the course-member will learn the basics of trouble-shooting.. The subjects covered are: The architecture of electricity-cabinets of the machine. The architecture of the computer system. The timing, mechanical as well as electrical. The exchange of spare parts. The operating of the computer program at a Service level. The use of the Service manual and electrical schematics. Separate training available for Omnia XF/FT and PX. Profile participant The participant must already have experience in the maintenance and the operation of the machine. He/she should have a technical background in the shape of a technical education in preferably electrics or electronics. Trainee engineers can also attend the course. 10 Visa procedure If you are travelling from a non Schengen country, a Visa from the Dutch embassy is required. Some take a week, others take 15 working days. From the hotel, Arnhem s shopping district and public transport system are both easy to reach by foot. The NS train and bus station is a five minute walk from the hotel.

This is where you can enjoy your two-course meal, including three beverages, from 6:00pm onward. Our kitchen closes at 10:00pm, (9:00pm on Sunday). The brasserie is also where breakfast is served.

On Sunday, a Moba get together will be held in Bar No.1 on the ground floor, where the first and snack is on the house. Hotel information BEST WESTERN PLUS Hotel Haarhuis Arnhem The hotel is situated across from the central train station in the middle of Arnhem s city centre. Each morning, an extensive breakfast is served in the brasserie, including sparkling wines, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked breads and home-smoked salmon. Later in the day, the brasserie serves a scrumptious High Tea, hearty lunch or delicious dinner, all of which are prepared using pure, fresh and homemade ingredients. Arnhem & surroundings Arnhem is a dynamic city where there is much to see and do. There s something for everyone here, from shopping and sightseeing, to the city s nightlife. The central location of BEST WESTERN PLUS Hotel Haarhuis in Arnhem provides guests with a wide range of opportunities to experience the best of what Arnhem has to offer. The most famous sights in and around Arnhem are easily reached from the hotel. Supermarket & GWK The SPAR and Albert Heijn to go (in the station) supermarkets are situated across from the hotel and a GWK currency exchange office is located next to the station s entrance. Vending machines There is a vending machine on the 3 rd and 4 th floor. If you would like to purchase something from these machines, reception can provide you with change. Other food and drinks, other than included in the dinner, such as from the bar or mini bar, are at your own expense. WIFI & telephone calls There is free WiFi available throughout the hotel. Your access code for the wireless network can be found in your room. You can also log in using your name and address. When logging in, select the Hotel Haarhuis network. You will be directed to a login page where you can enter your access code or your personal details before connecting to the network. If you do not have a laptop, you may make use of the business computer located in the lounge across from reception. For a fee, you can place calls within the Netherlands from your room. To make a call, press 0-area code - subscriber s number. International calls can only be made from reception. Transportation Reception is the meeting point for your taxi to Moba. This is where you will be picked up by Taxi Royal, at 8:00, Monday to Friday. At 16:15, the taxi will bring you back to Hotel Haarhuis. Dry cleaning Laundry and dry cleaning can be handed in to reception before 7:45am (Monday to Friday). Please be sure to deposit your clothes in the correct laundry bag, together with a fully completed laundry list stating your name and room number. Laundry lists are available in the closet and from reception. Your clothing will be returned to your room within 24 hours. 11
