6 THE ZIPPY SHELL SYSTEM Central to the Zippy Shell system is the Zippy Shell trailer (the shell), a specifically designed, enclosed cargo trailer able to hold a single room to a four bedroom single family home depending on the customer s requirements. The trailer houses our strong, but light-weight steel container. This container can either be stored in your Zippy Shell storage facility or transported nationwide, allowing you to provide a versatile and reliable service. THE ZIPPY SHELL The unit that transports the removable storage container STORAGE CONTAINER Steel container loaded into the Zippy Shell, with the customer s belongings, and is unloaded at their preferred location or stored in their local Zippy Shell facility. STORAGE WAREHOUSE Your exclusive Zippy Shell warehouse utilized to store customer storage containers.

7 HOW THE PROCESS WORKS Six simple steps page 7 A customer books with Zippy Shell. The Zippy Shell container and trailer are delivered to the customer. The customer loads their goods into the Zippy Shell Unit or hires loaders to do the heavy lifting. When ready, the franchisee picks up the loaded Zippy Shell Unit. The loaded container is removed from the shell and stored at your approved warehouse. The storage container remains securely stored until returned to the customer or is transported to the customer s next destination.

Zippy Shell Unit $14,400 Tow Vehicle $50,000 (Note: you can arrange your own lease for your vehicle) Storage Container $1,850 (*Shipping: $ per container) Loading Bed $4,000 *Variable market controlled shipping costs FRANCHISE FEES The fees payable to Zippy Shell Incorporated are detailed in the franchise agreement, however the main fees associated with the franchise include but are not limited to (and are all subject to change).
