3 Our Roots A modern logistics company with an almost 40-year tradition 1976 Founded in Bremen by Walter Kopf & Johann Lübben 1978 Acquisition of K.-H. Ratje Überseespedition, founded in Opening of a branch in Hamburg with the acquisition of W.
