GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Refer to separate HPUK General Requirements VCP for lining stamp, swing tickets, shoe boxes, restricted substances, packing lists, WWW carton labels and carton requirements. 2. UPC/SKU/PRICE LABELS 2.1 SHOE LABELS supplied by Greshams /HPUK There are 2 shoe labels, one to be attached centrally to the sole in the waist of each shoe (see figure 1) Where the sole material is not suitable for adhesive labels the shoe labels are to be attached neatly to the quarter lining Left Shoe Right Shoe Figure 1 Written By: Helen Lincoln Date: 1 st March 2006 Page 1 of 9

2 2.2 SHOE BOX LABELS - supplied by Greshams/HPUK The shoe box label must be affixed to one end only in the bottom right hand corner of each shoe box (see figure 2) The label must be positioned in such a way that none of the label is obscured by the lid Any boot boxes require an additional shoe box label attached to the side of the shoe box also. CARTON LABELS 3.1 STYLO BARRATT CARTON LABELS printed by factory (customer label) The supplier will be required to print outer carton labels to a specific size (210mm x 148mm) A5 paper size The carton labels must show the full detail of the contents as per the Purchase Order and Packing Lists HPUK Merchandising Department will provide the Stylo Barratts order no and Line No. Carton labels for pre-packs to be completed as figure 3. Ensure the suffix is always stated at the end of the line number A Red PRE PACKED label must always be used for all PRE PACKED deliveries (Size 290mm x 75mm) See figure 4 Both the carton label and the PRE PACKED label to be attached as figure 5 Carton labels for loose stock to be completed as figure 6 The TO and FROM address and BRAND are always as the examples in figure 3 and 6 Written By: Helen Lincoln Date: 1 st March 2006 Page 3 of 9
