5 conscience Safely home with a clear conscience Rounded corners do not make holes in the shopping bag. The trays are made from a monomaterial, meaning they are industrial combustible.
6 convenience Ready to Cook Ready to Cook products are semi-prepared fresh meat and an easy way of enjoying home cooked food without spending hours in the kitchen. The product can be either chilled or frozen, and can be oven cooked in the tray (depending on the material).

9 exposure Maximum exposure in the chilled cabinet Trays can be bought in modules, giving the chilled cabinet a uniform and elegant exposure. You can have more products in less space and save time on refilling the counter - up to 20%.

17 Seal as you like You can use the same design of tray whether you flow pack, top seal, or use for in-store packing. This gives a uniform exposure for your range of products. Secure the shelf life and freshness for the consumer with the MAPET solution. The MAPET solution gives you excellent top seal even on contaminated trays due to the straight sealing rim, and the right combination of tool, tray material and lidding film.
18 absorb Reduce juices Improve the exposure significantly with the Special Supporter pattern, which reduces the discolouration of the meat. Or use an absorber for extra juicy products. The tray can be delivered with the absorber applied.

27 4 different types of transit packaging Different food productions require different ways of packaging. Choose between: - Liner. Trays packed in bags on pallets. - Cartons. Trays packed in cartons on pallets. - Scantainer. Trays packed in one big carton. - Metal cage. Trays packed in metal cage for maximum protection.... of course all trays are packed in blue liners and each carton is securely taped to avoid tray contamination.
28 hygiene Wash your hands! Hygiene is an important issue for us. We were the first Danish company, to receive BRC/IOP Accreditation. This ensures that no person can enter our production without wearing a coat and hair net. Hand washing upon entry to the production area is compulsory. We pride ourselves with our clean factory that is systematically cleaned 24 hours a day.
