8 Double Hopper Sta YBBM 1200 SFA These machines are suitable for producing cocrete blocks, curb stones, hollow block, paving stones (single layer and color) and all similar products via change moulds. Double Hopper machines are especially designed for Double Layer Concrete Products, but also capable to produce Hollow Blocks, Paving stones etc. Some advantages of these machines: High performance in quality & capacity. Has an automatic pallet feeding magazine for SFA model. Has a Pallet Operator System that places (block loaded) pallets over each other at the end of production line of the machine. Different colours for the machines are available according to customers requirement. SFA model is controlled by PLC unit automatically. FA model is controlled by hydraulic unit as semi automatic. 8

13 Block Packing System & Pallet Handling Robot System Concrete Block Packing System A special design for an easiest and fastest way to store the produced blocks on a wooden pallet for shipment. Pallet Handling Robot System An optional equipment which is connectable to concrete block machines to handle minimum 5 pallets over each other for an easier transportaion and storage by forklift.
