Its remit also includes implementation of the development and maintenance strategy for the real estate portfolio and the representation of owner interests vis-àvis internal and external partners. Property Management contact Phone realestate@zurich-airport.com Utility costs & service charges Flughafen Zürich AG has its own supply and disposal infrastructure for the following utilities: water (fresh water, technical water, wastewater), electricity (normal power, UPS power, emergency power), HVACR (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration). Flughafen Zürich AG is also responsible for cleaning the common spaces and for waste disposal (unsorted waste, paper/cardboard, glass, bulky items etc.). As our partner, you will benefit from a quarterly consolidated utility cost and service charge statement based on actual cost (no payment on account).
