2 HALL 8.0 NEXTech Access Out of Hours CREW ACCESS: This form is for any Partner and/or contractors who require access to MWC18 pre and post show opening times (outside 09:00-19:00) for those who: a) are NOT in possession of an official MWC pass and require access from 07:00-09:00 or 19:00-22:00. Those who have an official MWC pass and require access from 07:00-09:00 or 19:00-22:00 will need to liaise with their Registration Managers to organize Extended Hours access. b) require access from 22:00-07:00 as part of a booked Overnight Build (see below). This includes ALL personnel with or without an official MWC pass. Staff access: Please provide GSMA with the complete list of names and ID numbers of ALL those that will need access to the hall outside of show hours (including official MWC pass holders if between 22:00-07:00), by completing the below form and submitting 72 hours prior to the day you require access. FIRA will prepare personalized access passes and wristbands for each individual in case of an Overnight build. If we do not receive your list of names and ID numbers 72h prior to the day you need access, you will need to assign passes from your EVP allocation. Badge pick-up: One person from your team will be responsible for collecting the wristbands/access passes from the logistics office at the south entrance, Floor -1, left of the exhibitor service desk, and distributing them to the rest of the team. 4 VEHICLE ACCESS: The access of vehicles to the venue is restricted, please read carefully the below outlining vehicle access rules and regulations during pre and show days only. 1. Vehicle access: All vehicles must enter the Hall 8.0 loading bay via gate 5 (Alumini Street, Barcelona: coordinates 41º N 2º E see map below) between 07:00-22:00. Your vehicle must leave before 22:00. Please allow enough time to unload/load your vehicle and leave before 22: Unloading vehicle: Once in the loading bay, your vehicle can unload your goods inside the hall by entrance 8.01 on ground level. This work can only be done between 07:00-09:00 or 19:00-22:00 on show days. Note that vehicles are not permitted inside the exhibition site for build-up or dismantling unless expressly authorised. 3. Forklifts and Machinery: Please contact RESA (jreina@resainternacional.com) if you need a forklift to unload your vehicle. Please be sure to complete the unloading/loading of your goods inside Hall 8.0 NEXTech before 09:00 or 22:00 on show days. We inform you that no vehicle traffic is allowed in the loading bays after 22:00 and your vehicle needs to leave the venue before that time. For an overnight build, work inside Hall 8.0 NEXTech cannot start until 22: Waste removal: Please contact SERVIFIRA (mwcsupplier@firabarcelona.com) for Waste Removal Services. It is not permitted to leave any furniture or general waste after your work inside Hall 8.0 NEXTech. 5. Vehicle exit: Your vehicle needs to leave the loading bay before 22h00 on the day of the set up. No permanent parking is allowed inside the venue perimeters. 6. Vehicle Information: We need information regarding your vehicle license plate numbers and driver names. Please fill in and send the below to Logistics Office (mwcsupplier@firabarcelona.com) with subject Hall 8.0 NEXTech Theatre X Company Name, 72 hours prior to the day you require access. After this date, access will not be authorised. Please collect the Vehicle Access pass and Driver Access pass at the logistics office at the south entrance, Floor -1, left of the exhibitor service desk, before arriving at Gate 5. 4

6 OVERNIGHT BUILD COSTS: Should you require additional time from 22:00-07:00 to either set-up the night prior to or dismantle the day of your programme, you will need to book an overnight build. Note that timeslots are only available for full day Partners and booked on a first come first served basis so please be sure to enquire as soon as possible. OVERNIGHT BUILD COSTS: 2, Includes: Security, lighting in hall, cleaning of the space,health and safety officer Deadline for Overnight Build request: At 15:00 on the day of your set-up Please check with your Project Manager for availability Please note the following rules and regulations relating to any overnight build or dismantle in Hall 8.0 NEXTech: Work Inside Hall 8.0 NEXTech: There are strict time limitations for the loading/unloading deck at the back of Hall 8.0 NEXTech. Work is not permitted in this area from until 06:00 to avoid noise pollution to neighbouring residents. Start time: 22h00 End Time: 06h00 (crew have access until 07:00) No noisy work is allowed in any of the halls, all materials need to be pre-assembled before arriving onsite. It is not permitted to use electric saws or any other similarly noisy equipment inside Hall 8.0 NEXTech at night. GSMA will provide two areas equipped with 24h European sockets outlets as follows: 1KW will be at the back of auditorium clearly marked for Partner use 3KW will be available in the foyer area clearly marked for Partner use Please make sure you have sufficient extension cables and power adaptors/converters if needed. Note to order power at additional cost (supply and consumption) from your Project Manager for any additional equipment which GSMA/external contractors are providing. Extra charges for venue operations staff will apply and are subject to build requirements. 6
