1 VIRIDIAN BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY SCRIPT HI ASSOCIATE! Below you ll find a script to use when sharing the Business Opportunity slides with prospects. Though you shouldn t read the script word for word, we encourage you to practice presenting with the script so you feel confident when talking your prospect through the slides. In the beginning of the presentation, you ll see that we provided you with a couple different introduction slides for you to choose which one you like best. Slide 6 is a template slide for you to add information about yourself, including your headshot. Slide 19 in the Travel Light savings section is where you can add your own savings example that you ve found on Travel Light! Feel free to drop a screenshot of your own example if you d like, or you can remove the slide from the presentation. The Monthly Residual Pay slide (slide 35) is a new slide. You ll find that the older Monthly Residual Pay slide is still accessible, but is hidden here. We encourage you to use the newer slide and have provided a script for that slide, but you can choose to use the older one instead if you are more comfortable with it. In the following script, you ll see the areas where you should click in the presentation. Some of these clicks are to move the presentation to the next slide, while some clicks pull up additional content on the slide you are already on. Areas that are highlighted are where you are required to add your own information. Happy sharing!

2 (SCRIPT) Thank you so much for taking a few minutes to learn about Viridian. We are a company Powered by Purpose. My name is (name) and I ve been with Viridian for (time). (Tell your Viridian story) You may have heard about something called The Tipping Point. The tipping point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. There are a lot of times in business where a trend or an idea can reach this tipping point and create tremendous opportunity at the same time. We firmly believe we are at a tipping point with the opportunity at Viridian helping people create a sustainable lifestyle. Before we get started, I just want to ask you one question: if time and money were no issue, what would you do with your time? If you re like most people, you answered travel. 98% of us say we want to see the world, experience new things and make a difference. This creates opportunity! And we are seeing this kind of disruption everywhere in technology, transportation and more. A lot of people are calling this the YOU economy. Recent advances in technology and innovation have created unique and new opportunities for entrepreneurs and socially-minded people to change the way we shop, communicate and even earn money. Think about all the things that have changed in our economy in recent years. Innovation has changed commerce. Companies like Amazon and Overstock have revolutionized how we buy products. Years ago, we had to go to a brick and mortar store, but Amazon innovated the idea of ecommerce. Of course, this once new thing is now the norm online shopping is even starting to surpass traditional buying. Innovation is changing the way we get from point A to point B companies like Uber and Lyft have completely changed the way we think about transportation. And, in the process, they have created an entire category of people who are creating a supplemental income for themselves in the YOU economy. Innovation is changing the way we can start businesses. Etsy and ebay have created a network of global entrepreneurs freelancers, artists or just garage sell enthusiasts who can sell goods from the comfort of their homes, without the expense of opening a storefront. Innovation has changed entertainment. Companies like Netfix, Hulu and others have made it easier to get what you want when you want, making the old models seem obsolete. This kind of innovation has made it both simpler and more attractive to start your own business and it has made relationships even more powerful. In fact, relationship marketing (people who earn money by telling others about products and services they love) is growing every year with millions now involved. If you pull up the same hotel for the same dates, what you re going to find is almost the exact same room rate across the board within a few dollars usually. This is called rate parity and it s a way for these sites to avoid competing for the lowest price. Even though the sites you search on look different and have different search features, the prices they offer are nearly identical. So, how is it that we can offer value in this very established industry with two very established players? Or, you can choose to be a member, pay a $99 set up fee and $39.99 a month, and save up to 50% on all bookings, plus earn Reward Credits. As a Viridian Associate or as a Travel Light member, if you refer four people who become active Travel Light members, you can get your Travel Light monthly membership fees waived with our 4Free program! If you choose to be an Associate and Travel Light member, what does the compensation plan look like? Let s talk about compensation and how you can earn with Viridian. First of all, as Viridian Associates, we do two simple things: We enroll customers for products and services We teach others to do the same. There are four ways to get paid in our compensation plan: 1st Customer Bonuses that reward you when you enroll customers. 2nd Team Bonuses that reward you when your TEAM enrolls customers. 3rd Residual Pay that rewards you when your customers pay their bills each month 4th Savings matches that reward you when your Karma customers book travel and save Let s dive into Customer Bonuses. Here you are as a Viridian Associate.

8 You will earn Customer Bonuses each time you and your team get five Customer Points in a 28- day period of time. This is what we call a Revolution here at Viridian. It can be any combination of customers from electricity, gas or travel see the icons here Again, it can be any combination of Customer Points. In this example, it s five customers who became Travel Light members, generating five Customer Points. Each time you get five Customer Points in a 28-day period, you earn $100. But in your FIRST 28 days this is what we call the Fast Action Zone your payout is doubled to $200! That s right, each time you get five Customer Points in your FIRST 28 days you earn $200, and $200, and $200, up to $600 in your first 28 days more than making your investment back! And on your third Revolution, we will apply two points from your Viridian website to your Revolution to make it even easier to complete what we call a Triply Play. Now, let s talk about Mentor Bonuses. Here you are again. And now, as you re sharing the opportunity of Viridian, you find your first, second and third Associates. As you work with them, you help each of them get THEIR first Revolutions in their Fast Action Zone. They earn $200, $200, $200 and you earn a Mentor Bonus of $100! Outside of the first 28 days, they ll earn $100, $100, 100, as many times as they get five Customer Points through what we call a Recurring Revolution Bonus!

9 Each time one of your personally sponsored Associates earns a Recurring Revolution Bonus, you ll earn a Mentor Bonus of $50. Now, let s look at Team Bonuses. Our business model and compensation plan are directly aligned with this quote by the great Zig Ziglar: The more you help others get what they want, the more you ll get what you want. That s so true. No one makes anything in Viridian until they HELP SOMEONE ELSE! Team Bonuses are a great example of this. Now, the title you have as an Associate determines the amount you re paid out for your Team Bonuses. The more people you have helped, the more we pay you to continue helping others. As you grow and develop, you become a master of the skill and we want you to always be incentivized to help others! We have three career titles above Associate: Director, Partner and Ambassador. When you (as a Director, for example) help someone in your team get a Revolution Bonus in their Fast Action Zone you ll receive a $100 bonus. If you re a Partner it s $175, or if you re an Ambassador it s $225. Anytime you help anyone on your team get a Revolution Bonus outside of their first 28 days, we call that a Recurring Revolution Bonus and you ll earn $30 as a Director, $50 as a Partner and $60 as an Ambassador. And this is in addition to your Mentor Bonus if you personally enrolled them! So, you can see how we are absolutely a customer-centric business that rewards you for connecting with customers! Now, let s focus on Residual Pay. The larger your organization, the larger your opportunity to earn residual income month after month. Your rank in the organization and connection to the customer determines the amount you will earn on each customer in your organization. For energy customers you can earn up to $2.50, per customer, each month they pay their energy bills. For Solar customers, you can earn up to $3.00 for 20 years! And you can earn up to $5 for every single Travel Light member in your business.

10 We also have a commercial plan where you can earn even higher residuals based on company size. Imagine having a team where you enroll customers and help others do the same you can earn Residuals month after month for customers in your network for as long as they remain active. Now, these individual numbers may not sound like much, but the compound effect is pretty incredible and adds up over time. Imagine having hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of customers throughout your network that you are earning on each and every month. Let s talk about Solar another unique and lucrative way you can earn with Viridian. We help people choose clean, reliable energy right on their rooftops. All our Associates need to do is start the conversation! When you refer a friend or family member to Viridian s solar team, they will have a solar expert reach out to your contact and give them a personalized proposal for their home and all their options for financing, leasing, paying cash, etc. When it s installed, it s $1000 to you, and $140 to your upteam, and 20 years of residual commissions to you on that home! Now, let s talk about savings matches on travel. Imagine earning a match every time you help your friends and family save money! This is brand new and we re so excited about adding this because anyone can earn as part of the Karma program. With Karma, your customers save and YOU earn. So, let s look at an example of how this works when you share savings with your friends and family. Here is our Associate who is sharing a FREE link to his Travel Light site with his friends and family. This lady books a trip to NYC through his Travel Light portal and here you see the lowest available public price which searches all the online sites. Then, Travel Light will show the price she pays as a Karma customer. In this case, she is paying $565, less than the public price of $665 a savings of $100!

11 So, she saves $100. You, as the referring Associate, will earn 80% of the savings (in this example, $80). Plus, 20% of the savings ($20 in this example) will go to the support team who is helping our new Associate get started and successfully run their new business. And you earn these matches on multiple levels even on the Karma customers of your Travel Light members! In addition to your Karma customers, you ll have Travel Light members who want to get the BEST prices on travel and start earning Reward Credits. As members, they too can share their Karma link with friends and family so they can save just like I showed you on the trip to NYC. So, here s the trip to NYC again. The customer who books the trip will save $100. The new Travel Light member receives the Reward Credits. You still earn the $80 cash match. And the additional $20 still goes to the support team. So, you can see how this can just continue to build and build! And it s not just bonuses and residual income. Viridian has lucrative and exciting Promotional Pay.
