Maintain product quality by never sacrificing the quality of our pizza or toppings in an effort to increase our profits. Install and maintain new marketing materials inside and outside your location to help you attract more customers and sell more pizza. Provide merchandising ideas and promotions to help you build sales and assist in developing a positive image to protect the reputation of your neighborhood pizza shoppe. What We Expect of Our Customers Protect our brand by following our program so that every location around the country provides a fresh, consistent Hunt Brothers Pizza product, including periodic updating of signage and other imaging. Maintain product quality by using portion controls, keeping ovens on during peak business hours, providing adequate freezer space and keeping fresh product in the warmer. This includes proper equipment maintenance. Purchase all of your pizza products from Hunt Brothers Pizza. We do not have minimum orders, franchise or royalty fees. Our brand is dependent upon offering a consistent flavor profile, and our ability to balance prices is dependent upon your product purchases. Adhere to our All Toppings No Extra Charge focus. This is one of the unique features of our program that will bring customers to your location and keep them coming back. Participate in our promotions. Periodic promotions create interest, which can increase overall gross profit and influence future buying habits. Keep the pizza shoppe clean and enforce proper food safety and sanitation guidelines. 10 CASE STUDIES Rob Womack Parsley s Market, Middle Tennessee After Hunt Brothers Pizza developed its new 3.0 Pizza Shoppe program, Rob Womack was one of the first to sign up for it. And he s glad he did. As much as Hunt Brothers Pizza has meant to his company sales, his recent upgrade to a new Pizza Shoppe model has made an even bigger impact where it counts: on his bottom line. Before the upgrade, our pizza sales were $1,300 per week and sometimes as high as $1,800 $2,300 per week, said Rob. And that was great. But after we installed our new Pizza Shoppe, we saw an almost 77% increase per week! * In Rob s opinion, his new Pizza Shoppe model works exactly as he hoped it would, allowing customers to see the product in the making and driving sales. Even the new menu boards show more choices in an appetizing manner, providing his customers with more information than ever before. Rob is quick to admit that Hunt Brothers Pizza has been critical to his store s success. He can t imagine doing business without their pizza because it s such a consistent, steady seller. Regardless of the weather or anything else going on, you know you will have pizza sales. What does Rob think about his decision to upgrade to his new Pizza Shoppe? As with any business venture, your individual results may vary. Dan Rotherham Stop n Save, Western Colorado In March 2008, Colorado became the latest state to welcome Hunt Brothers Pizza. If it had been the decision of Dan Rotherham, owner of Western Colorado s Stop n Save chain, we would have been there a long time ago. For several years at the NACS convention, I asked when Hunt Brothers Pizza was coming to Colorado. In my opinion, the program is the best available. I told my supplier that I was jumping all over Hunt Brothers Pizza as soon as it arrived in Colorado. There was quite a buzz when we opened; Hunt Brothers Pizza was the talk of Eagle County. I knew it was going to be successful because of superior quality, both product and program. My sales are more than triple those of my previous pizza company. We launched with one store and plan for five additional stores to open in the near future. It was a no-brainer. Hunt Brothers Pizza is very hands-on and their commitment, from top to bottom, is very impressive. They don t do anything second-rate or try to cut corners. I knew all along that this was the pizza program I wanted, and I m glad it has been so well received by my company and customers. No complaints with the profits either!
