We have at our disposal: Efficient Engineering / R & D: We consider carefully your industrial constraints and answer to your request, finding the best solution to optimize your bottling line efficiency. PROTO-LAB: We produce prototype moulds, blow samples, and make complete tests on bottles (Top Load, dimension controls, thickness control and section weight). Flexible industrial tool: We manufacture blowmoulds for all kind of blower (SIDEL, KRONES, SIG, SIPA, ADS, SIDE, TECSOR, MAG ). We also manufacture spare parts. 3 DESIGN AND ENGINEERING Existing libraries of almost 6000 forms. COMEP follows all specifications and expectations of its customers: Technical constraints: - Preforms optimised design study - Line constraints (plain water, gaseous, aseptic) - Constraints of labelling and filling (hot, cold) Marketing constraints: - Commercial targets COMEP can provide you: - 3D in all formats (IGS, STEP,..) - MockUp or Resin - Samples PROTO / LAB Step 1: COMEP manufacture your prototype mould (Sidel, Krones, SIG, SMI, SIPA, ADS ). Step 2: COMEP blows samples with a SBO 1 machine type. Step 3: COMEP makes tests on samples (Topload Full and Empty, Thickness, Section weights and main dimensions controls). Step 4: COMEP conditions the bottles and sends them. All these operations are realizable under 2 to 3 weeks. Average lead-time is about 2 or 3 weeks.

4 INDUSTRIAL BLOWMOULDS In 2007, COMEP s production capacity allows short lead-time and high quality manufacturing Manufacturing of PET blowmoulds for all kind of blower (SIDEL, KRONES, SIG, ADS, SIPA, SMI ) Manufacturing of bottle spare parts (stretch rod, stretch rod stoppers, Ejection Star wheel) Manufacturing of perform perso parts (grippers, spindles, blow nozzles..) Moulds are polished by hand for a better final rendering Treatment of mould s external area Existing mould refurbishment: chock matting, refurbishment, re-polishing 24 months warranty! SPARE PARTS Since 2007, in order to complete our blowmolding expertise, our engineering department designs all the spare parts linked to the bottle and the preforms (specific spindles for short neck).

5 TECHNICAL SUPPORT AFTER SALE SERVICE COMEP will give you all the technical support you need during your entire project. Our technicians are available 24h/24 for commissioning and support worldwide. We have several options: - Maintenance of your blowing machine in your plant. - Blowers upgrade - Supply and commissioning of spare parts linked to the change of preforms / bottles - Process on your blower - Assistance during assembly / start-up Our technicians make a diagnostic on your blowing machines (SIDEL, SIG, ADS, SIPA, SMI...).
