LOGO DESIGN To me logo design is more than rushing to churn out as many designs as possible with a that will do attitude, it is about collaborating closely with you to explore your business, products and services, researching and conceptualising options that you will not only love but will perfectly represent what you re all about. I am also a believer in quality over quantity and that time should be spent designing effectively. However, I don t want to limit you and additional concepts/revisions will always be available if needed. 16 how it all works.. CREATIVE PROCESS I take my work seriously and run my business professionally. I have a specific process that I follow to be successful and I expect my clients to respect the way that I work and take this process seriously. It is in place to ensure that I can provide you with the best service possible. Every project is a little different, therefore the process may change slightly, but the general direction will remain the same. GETTING TO KNOW YOU & YOUR BRIEF 16 If you have come this far it is safe to assume that you have already checked out my work and what I have to offer, and think we would be a good match. The next step before any designing can be done is for you to submit the appropriate questionnaire / creative brief form. This helps me get to know all about you, your business and ideas. In this step we also cover your project and design requirements, expectations and outcomes which helps me to accurately price if you are having a custom quote and to design inline with your vision and brand. It is important that the design brief is as thorough as possible as this is the information I will use to design. BOOKING YOUR PROJECT Once the information has been provided and any necessary discussions have taken place I will spend the appropriate time reviewing the project and provide you with a final creative brief outline, a price for any custom quoted work, an invoice, and an agreement. If you wish to proceed with the design you will need to sign the agreement and it back to me. You will be required to make a 50% deposit for the project to be booked in and the final amount plus any additional charges over the course of the project will be due upon completion. Please note this deposit is non-refundable and doubles as a cancellation fee. Please see my Terms of Service for more information about this deposit. RESEARCH & INSPIRATION The first step before creating anything is for me to spend some time gathering inspiration and researching to gain a better understanding of what the project involves and needs to achieve. Research generally focuses on things such as reviewing competitors, so as to avoid any similarities and work out how we can advance your image, and to learn of any trends within your industry that are successful or should be avoided. Current designs, styles, things that have been successful (or not) and other general aspects that are relative to your design project or that will help generate a unique and suitable outcome for your project should also be considered. DEVELOPMENT & PRESENTATION After I have done my research I will then begin developing concepts for the design based on the brief and research. This is where the creativity comes into it. I will brainstorm, sketch ideas and experiment with the concepts and layouts for the designs. I will then present the best and most suitable

THIS IS A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF HOW I WORK IN EFFORT TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE DESIGN EXPERIENCE AND PROVIDE SOME PEACE OF MIND FOR NEW CLIENTS. 17 CREATIVE PROCESS concept(s) to you via . REVISIONS & DELIVERY Once you have had the chance to review the concepts, provide feedback, request any revisions and the final design is selected and signed off on, you will be asked to pay the final amount of the project invoice (usually 50% unless additional items were purchased over the course of the project). I will then package up all of your final designs and deliver them to you via a cloud service such as dropbox or wetransfer. Projects above $100 are split into two payments: a 50% deposit required when booking (non-refundable) and the remaining 50% plus any extras are due before delivery or release of any final artwork.
