23 * TOP 8 LRP FAQs * Is this an auto-ship? Can I change order each month? Yes and yes. You can change the shipping date and the items each month. Make your changes before midnight on the day they are scheduled to ship. Remember that your order must be at 125 PV and set to process on or or before the 15th to receive the FREE Product of the Month. When can I start using my LRP credits? You start earning credits immediately {with your first LRP order} - they can be redeemed after 60 days in the program and expire in 12-months. Can I sell the products received through redeeming LRP credits? No. Products obtained through LRP credits are for personal use only. 24 Can I cancel my LRP? Yes, but only by phone. You will forfeit any credits accrued and doterra wants to be sure you are aware of this policy. Can I skip a month and still stay in the program? No, not completely.a 1-49 PV order will keep you in the program and at your current %. Your order must be at 50 or more to advance (continue earning) - at 100 to earn bonuses and commissions - at 125 for the free Product of the Month. What if I forget to change my LRP order? doterra will ship whatever was on the last saved order entry. Let's say I forgot to change my LRP order from last month. Can I return it? Yes, if you return the entire order, your account will show a 0 PV order. The workaround is to do a partial return to maintain a minimum PV for that month.
