Since then our product offering has grown into a full range of endoscopy products covering all major disciplines in urology, laparoscopy, gynecology,arthroscopy and ENT. We are also in the process of developing a broad product spectrum for Spine Surgery, our new Spine System is a fine example of our capabilities. I was born in Düsseldorf, Germany and was privileged enough to be part of the reunion of the two parts in Germany. All my education and professional experience was gained with having always a basis in Germany. I studied business administration completing a University degree at the University of Cologne. Why SOPRO-COMEG? I managed to find a suitable position with a top Medical company. It is a dynamic environment that requires outgoing individuals that have the drive and experience to work on a consistent basis with our worldwide customers. Part of my job is to ensure that we follow this key objective in all parts of the world. What I like specially as production leader is working on a product and guiding and motivating people at the same time. I usually work with Carsten Keller, the quality manager of our German site. This synergy enables us to successfully and effectively carry out common projects. To do this, we established fundamental rules: Provide technical assistance via phone support. Repair all products within 72 hours after reception of the product. Propose a standard exchange with an equivalent product. Make a loaner unit available during the time of repair. Provide product training to our partners. Online troubleshooting via SOPRO-COMEG website. The three main SOPRO-COMEG customer service plants are situated in: - La Ciotat (France) dedicated to equipment - Tuttlingen (Germany) dedicated to endoscopes. - Denver (United States) dedicated to endoscopes.
