3 What s Quantity Bundles Now you can sell multiple of the same products in bulk through quantity bundling, allowing you to save on shipping cost as well as offer your customers more attractive discounts for larger bulk purchases. Customers on the other hand will be given the convenience of purchasing multiple items in one order at lower prices. 3

5 How To Access Quantity Bundle In Seller Center 1. Select type of bundle you want to make 3. Input start date for promotion (Start date should be today or after) End date should be after start date 2. Add promotion name 5. Click to select SKU for Promotion 4. Input quantity of the bundle and discount ( maximum 50 different quantity) Minimum quantity = 2 Discount greater than 0 6. Click to submit promotion 5

Click to select SKU for Promotion Price for the Buy 1 Get 1 Free cannot be changed If you want to change price go to manage products and change 7

8 Free Gift To give free gift as a customer buys a Product To sell one SKU and give one extra item at 100% discount in Seller Center 8

9 How To Access Free Gift Bundle In Seller Center 1. Add promotion name 3. Click to select main SKU for promotion 4. Click to select free SKU for the promotion. 2. Input start date for promotion (Start date should be today or after) End date should be after start date Free SKU should be live on seller center Both Main and free SKU should be on FBL or in seller warehouse 5. Click to submit promotion 9

Your bundle will go live during the promotion period you have selected If your bundle does not show up during the period selected, please contact Lazada PSC Go to the Lazada website & search for your product On your product page, you will see an orange sign for the bundle discounts Please check that you have set your promotion period to include today If your bundle does not show up during the period selected, please contact Lazada PSC 7 What happens when my SKU goes out of stock? Your bundle will be automatically deactivated To reactivate, please add stock and go to My Promotions to reactivate the promotion 8 Help! 13 FAQ Q 9 10 How is the commission charged for Combo Bundles? How do I create a Buy 1 Free 1, Free Gift & Combo Bundle A Commission is charged based on the entire Combo Bundle as a whole based on the commission of the main SKU and the combo SKU in that bundle. See previous pages 13

14 FAQ Fulfilment + Returns & Seller Finance Q 1 Am I required to package all of the items in the bundle together? A Not required. However, we highly suggest that you keep all bundled items in the same package for the best customer experience to reduce returns 2 What is the return policy? Customers must return all bundle products in order for the return to be processed Returns claims will not be accepted for incomplete returns 3 What if shoppers return only part of a bundle?
