4 HOW TO PURCHASE Customers will be able to purchase the Dubai Pass from travel agents, hotel concierge desks and online through third party resellers and a bespoke consumer website. The consumer website dubaipass.ae will be managed by iventure Card International and will allow customers to directly purchase the Dubai Pass. Customers can also find out the following helpful information: Package details Included attractions Full details for included attractions Sample itineraries Collection points Interactive map Customer Service contacts Frequently asked questions Terms & Conditions Upon purchase, customers will receive an order confirmation and voucher via (this is not a ticket). Customers can opt to visit one of the collection points in Dubai to collect their physical card or download an ipass which can be stored on their mobile device and scanned just like a card. To redeem benefits, customers simply present their card or ipass upon entry to an included attraction. Customers will receive a handy Dubai Pass guide when they receive their card or can download the iventure Card App to view details of all included attractions. IVENTURE CARD DUBAI AGENT BOOKING PORTAL Registering as an Agent through the Agent Booking Portal 1. Go to and select Register. 2. Complete the Agent Registration Form and select Register. 3. After registering you will return to the Home Screen with a message advising that your application is pending approval. 4. You will also receive an advising the same 5. Your application will be reviewed by the iventure Card team and you will receive a confirmation once your account is approved. Making a booking using the Agent Booking Portal 1. Once your application is approved you can make a booking via 2. Once you have logged in, the screen will show the available packages you can sell and a short description of that package. 3. To view more details on a package, select the Details tab for the relevant package. To view the list of included attractions and benefit associated with each, select the Included Attractions tab for that package. 4. To view the available products and prices for that package, select Show Products. A list of the products will appear. 5. Once you have decided which products to book, input the quantity of the product and select the button to add them to the cart. 6 7

5 6. There is also a Booking Summary on the top right of the screen, which displays the current order and total price. This is updated as each product is added to the booking. Once you have added all products to the booking, select Proceed Booking in the Booking Summary section. 7. You will be directed to the Payment/Customer Details screen. There are three sections to complete: Select Payment Method (if applicable). Payment Method will be set by the iventure Card Dubai team when your account is activated. - On Account - you will be invoiced for the net amount at the end of each month) - Credit Card you have the option to pay using either your agency credit card or the customer s credit card Enter Customer Details For Shipping select Collect Later if your customer wishes to collect a physical card. Alternatively, select Redeem ipass and you can immediately issue an electronic ipass to the customer. The ipass will be sent directly via 8. On Account Payment Screen. 9. Credit Card Payment Screen. You will have two options to receive commission for bookings paid by credit card. Offset on Amount Payable means you pay iventure Card the net amount of the booking. This is recommended if paying by the agency credit card as you will receive your commission immediately. Please DO NOT select this option if payment is made using the customer s credit card. Receive commission payment at the end of the month means you pay iventure Card the gross amount and you will receive the commission for this booking at the end of that month. This must be selected if payment is made using the customer s credit card. Complete the billing details relevant to the credit card being used. Complete the customer details and Shipping Method as required. 10. Once you have completed all the relevant details, select Proceed Booking at the bottom of the screen. If the customer is collecting the card later then your booking is now complete. If you have selected to issue the ipass please proceed to Step Your booking details will be automatically entered into the next screen. Simply select Retrieve Booking. 12. Reconfirm the booking details and select Collect Electronic ipass Now. Note: The customer still has the option to collect the card if they wish at this point. If you select Collect Card on Arrival it will show the list of collection locations that can be printed and given to the customer. 13. Re-enter the travel date. If more than one card has been purchased you will need to enter the additional traveller information here. You can either choose to send all ipasses to the primary traveller s address or select different addresses per traveller. Once all the traveller information is entered select Collect Electronic ipass Now. 14. Once the ipass has been issued you will see the below screen and the customer will receive their pass by . The ipass is a QR code which can be printed or presented on the customers phone or other mobile device for scanning. The QR code will be in the body of the and also as a PDF attachment. 8 9

Dubai Select: Adult: AED 399 Child: AED 389 (summer) Adult: AED 425 Child: AED 405 (winter) Dubai Unlimited: Adult: AED 899 Child: AED 846 (summer) Adult: AED 929 Child: AED 874 (winter) Notes: For all Child Passes - this is intended for 12 years and below. 2. Is the Dubai Pass a physical pass, or a digital pass on my mobile device? Both, at time of purchase you will be given the option of collecting a physical card (that can be collected from sevaral conveniently located pick-up locations in Dubai displayed on your booking confirmation or (visit for collection locations), or have an ipass sent to you (a digital QR code with which you can redeem entry to the attractions). Each pass comes with the option of its own physical handy fold out guide or digital guide on App. 3. Can one pass (e.g. Dubai Select) be used for one family/group at the same time and at the same attraction? No, each person in the party must have their own pass (one pass per person), and can be used only one time at each attraction/ outlet (no repeat entry at the same attraction is possible) 4. Do I present my card for a discount to each attraction? No, the Dubai Pass is your entry ticket to each attraction - easy, convenient and you ll save up to 50-60% on what you would otherwise pay at the gate. 5. When I purchase the Dubai Pass, then I don t need to buy a ticket from the attraction, It will be free correct? Yes, once you have your Dubai Pass, there is no need to purchase a ticket at the attraction or pay anything further at the gate. You will just have to ensure that the attraction/outlet that you want to visit is included as part of the Dubai Pass. 6. What are the 33 attractions that are part of the Dubai Pass? Refer to pages 4 & What is the age limit for children? Up to and including 12 years old. 8. What are the attractions/outlets that require pre-reservation? Refer to the Dubai Pass brochure or 9. What is the validity to redeem the Dubai Pass? From 16 May Can I visit an attraction/outlet multiple times? No, you can visit the attraction/outlet one-time only per Pass. 11. Are DPR parks considered one attraction or is each park considered a separate attraction? Each attraction is considered a separate attraction. The Dubai Pass covers four of the attractions - Legoland Dubai, Legoland water park Dubai, Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai 12. What categories of tickets will Dubai Pass offer? For example, Dubai Dolphinarium and Burj Khalifa - i.e. premimum tickets? Each of the attractions offer different benefits that can be viewed on the Dubai Pass brochure or Does the Pass apply to all of the games at Dubai Parks & Resort or only specicfic games and attractions? All games and attractions in DPR are included in the Pass 14. Do I have to pick the attractions/outlets that I want to visit at the time of purchase? No. Any attraction can be visited anytime except for those that require prior booking (see the Dubai Pass brochure or visit Which cruises are available on the Dubai Pass? 1. 7 17. Can multiple people use one pass to get access to the same attraction? No. The Pass is intended for one person to use at any given time and place. 18. Is there any difference in price or features of the physical pass and digital pass (ipass)? No. The price and features of both versions of the pass are exactly the same 19. Does the Dubai Pass provide Fast Track access inside the attraction? The Fast Track entry is available for certain attractions (see and is fast track entry to the venue and not a fast track inside the venue (i.e. to the games) 20. Is there any refund in case of cancellation? Any unused card will be refunded in full up to 24 hours prior to intended use. Once the card has been used no refunds will be issued. 21. How can I reserve a visit to an attraction? If the attraction requires pre-reservation, you will have to the attraction to make the booking direclty (visit ae for more information). 22. Can I change or cancel my reservation? Will I lose my attraction? You can cancel or change your booking upto 24 hours prior to the date of the booking. In this case you will not have used up your attraction and can proceed to book another time instead, or visit anothrer attraction. 23. What if I want to cancel or modify my booking less than 24 hours before the booking time? You can or call the attraction reservation number provided on the attraction booking confirmation subject to their terms & conditions. 24. If I buy a Dubai Select pass, can I upgrade to a Dubai Unlimited? No, you will have to cancel your pass and purchase a new one 25. If I purchased the pass and lost it, what can I do? Please contact the customer care number on and provide your booking ID - they will issue a new ipass and cancel your lost pass. 26. What are the locations where I can collect the physical pass? 1)Lama Office: Office #513, 5th Floor Al Fattan Plaza, Airport Road Al Garhoud 2)Arabian Horizon Office: Unit No. LG CSK38, Lower ground level at the Fountain exit (near Tim Hortons) - Dubai Mall 3) Silver Queen Office: Office #11, 6th Floor (Service offices) API Business Suites Barsha 27. Can I get the Passes couriered to me? No. You will have to physically collect the card or choose an ipass to be ed to you. 28. Can the Hotel Concierge collect my pass me? Yes, as long as the concierge has a copy of your booking reference number and valid passport. 29. Is the concierge able to buy the pass and charge it to my room? Yes. The concierge can proceed to purchase the pass for the guests using their corporate credit cards and charge it to guests room bill - if the concierge has approval from their hotel to do so. 30. When is the pass activated and how long is it valid for? Each pass is activated at the first attraction visit. The pass is then valid for consecutive days (not hours) from activation so we recommend using your pass first thing in the morning. 31. How do I collect my ipass instead of physcical pass? There is an activation code that the customer receives on his/ her once the pass is purchased. The customer will click on the link on the received and enter the activation code(s). In front of each code if many - the customer will enter the address(es) that he or she wants the pass ed to. For example, a party of four may choose to have an ipass sent to each member of the party through a different address. 32. Do you need to activate the QR code after receiving my ipass prior to going to the attraction? No. You just go and present your ipass at entry (some attractions may require pre-reservation) 33. How do I sell the Dubai Pass to my customers? 1. Register through the dedicated agent portal at iventurecard.ae and simply follow the prompts 12 13

8 2. Pre-purchase in advance (contact for an agreement) 3. Apply for a credit agreement (contact info@iventurecard.com) 34. What is the commission structure for partners to sell? No sales commitment = 10% commission (or as otherwise agreed) Pre-purchase between 1 and 500 passes = 15% commission Pre-purchase between 500 and 1,000 passes = 17.5% commission. Pre-purchase 1,000+ passes = 20% commission 35. How will the commission be calculated and paid to the Partner? The Partner will be entitled to a pre-determined commission for every Dubai Pass sold. This commission will be paid at the end of each calendar month and settled with the Partner through iventure Dubai who will process payments at the end of every month based on the number of passes sold. Contact info@iventurecard.com for more information. 36. How should the concierge collect payment for the Dubai Pass? Recommended approach is to pay using the guest credit card at the RRP. Where the guest credit card is not available for billing, the concierge can use the hotel s corporate credit card and will be charged for the pass at the RRP less agreed commission i.e. the net rate. The customer/guest can be billed subsequently as part of the hotel bill settlement. 37. Is there any difference in commission for the physical and digital pass? No, the price, features and commissions receivable of both versions of the pass are exactly the same. 38. The required payment details which trade partners have to submit are any credit card details or can they purchase in any other way? Credit Card or Debit Card, Cash Account (agent can provide iventure Card with a pre-payment, paid by Bank Transfer, for a set amount which they will draw down upon as bookings are made. On termination of the agreement with the agent the amount of money not drawn down for bookings will be returned to the agent by iventure) - they can also pre-purchase a guaranteed number of passes and guarantee relevant commission.
