1 2017 Saints Super Draw Terms & Conditions Name Saints Super Draw (the Raffle ). Promotor/Recipient 2. The promotor of the Raffle and recipient of net proceeds of the Raffle is the St Kilda Saints Football Club Ltd (the Club ). Permit No. 3. Authorised under VIC Permit No: 10458/17 by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation. Promotion Period Draw 4. Opening date of ticket sales: 12/7/17 5. Closing date of ticket sales: 12/9/17 6. No entries will be accepted after 5:00pm AEST on the closing date 12/9/17 7. The Raffle will be drawn at 10:00am AEST on 14/9/17 at: St Kilda Football Club Linen House Centre 151 East Road Seaford VIC Numbered ticket stubs will be drawn manually at random. First prize will be allocated to the first ticket stub drawn followed by all other prizes in descending order (for a complete list of prizes see the Schedule of Prizes below). 9. A ticket stub which has been drawn is not eligible to be drawn again. 10. A separate draw for the Early bird Prize and the Book Buyer s Prize will be held immediately after the main Raffle draw. Tickets Entry 11. Maximum number of tickets sold/entered into the Raffle: 200, Price per ticket: $ Price per entire book of 10 tickets: $ Entry is open to any member of the public. Participants do not need to be a Club member or supporter to purchase a Raffle ticket or book of Raffle tickets. 15. Office holders and employees of the Club and the authorised nominee of the Raffle (or members of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter. 16. Books of Raffle tickets are sent to Club members, supporters and affiliates by mail. 17. Participants who purchase a ticket must complete the contact details section on the accompanying ticket stub in full by providing their name, address, telephone number, (if applicable) and membership number (if applicable) for their entry to be eligible.

2 Prizes 18. In addition, books of Raffle tickets containing sold and unsold ticket stubs, completed payment form (providing contact details, number of tickets sold and payment details if applicable) and accompanying payment must be returned by the closing date to: St Kilda Football Club PO Box 2109 Seaford VIC 3198 for entries to be eligible. 19. Payment can be made by enclosing a cheque or money order payable to the Club or by providing credit card payment details on the payment form. 20. All tickets that have been paid for will be entered into the draw, with the exception of any entry (ticket stub or form) which the Club deems to be incomplete, illegible, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise unsightly. Tickets not paid for will not be entered into the draw. 21. People returning books of Raffle tickets containing sold Raffle ticket stubs with accompanying payment after the closing date will be notified and provided with the option of having the payment cancelled or donated to the Club. 22. Additional books of Raffle tickets can be requested by checking the applicable box on the payment form or by contacting the club membership department on Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like, however they must complete each raffle ticket stub in full in order for their entry to be eligible (or check the box on the first ticket stub indicating all tickets purchased in the book are to be entered under the same name). 24. All book buyers that purchase prior to 11/08/2017 will be entered into the Early Bird Prize Draw for the chance to win a Saints Junior Mascot Experience in To be eligible, book buyers must return: an entire book of sold ticket stubs, a completed Early Bird Prize entry form, a completed payment form and accompanying payment by 11/08/2017. The Early Bird Prize Draw will be conducted immediately before the Book Buyers Prize Draw. 25. To be eligible for entry into the separate additional Book Buyer s draw to win the Book Buyer s Prize, participants must return an entire book of sold ticket stubs, a completed Book Buyer s Prize entry form, a completed payment form and accompanying payment. 26. Total maximum value of the prize pool is: $71, A complete list of prizes along with information on, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to, each prize is contained in the Schedule of Prizes (below). 28. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date of the promotion period. 29. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the prize(s), which are not specified in the schedule are the responsibility of the winner(s) including any relevant travel expenses. 30. Prizes are non-transferable, able to be exchange, amended or redeemable for cash. 31. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Club will substitute another prize of equal or higher value (at the Club s discretion and subject to regulatory approval). Notification and publication of winners 32. The Club will attempt to notify all prize winners by telephone within 2 business days of being selected.

3 33. Prize winners names will also be published on the club s website saints.com.au, and on its Facebook and twitter pages and in the Herald Sun newspaper on 15/9/2017. Claiming prizes 34. All claimed prizes will be distributed to winner(s) within 28 days of the draw. 35. At the time of notification or by subsequent communication to the Club, prize winner(s) can either elect to have the prize posted or delivered to the winner(s) specified postal or delivery address or alternatively collect the prize from: Linen House Centre 151 East Road Seaford VIC If delivery via post is elected, the prize winner will be responsible for all the costs associated with delivery or postage. 37. Once the prize has left the Club s head offices, the Club takes no responsibility for any damage or delay or if the prize is lost in transit. 38. Winner(s) have 12 months from the date of the draw in which to claim their prize. 39. If (after having made reasonable efforts) the Club is unable to contact a prize winner, or if a prize winner is deemed ineligible to receive the prize, or if any prize is not accepted or claimed within the 12month claim period, the Club reserves the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the prize and retain the proceeds. 40. All prize winner(s) are responsible for use of the prizes including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use. Use of personal information 41. By completing and returning a Raffle ticket and/or book of Raffle tickets and/or Early Bird Prize or Book Buyer s Prize entry form, participants consent to the club collecting, retaining and using the personal information provided by participants for the development of the Club. 42. These Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Schedule of Prizes form the conditions of entry for this promotion and are governed by Victorian Law. By submitting an entry participants agree to these conditions of entry. 45. Any updates to these conditions of entry will be subject to regulatory approval and will be published on the Club s website. 46. It is the participant s responsibility to notify the Promoter if his/her contact details change during the promotion period. 47. The Club reserves the right to disqualify an entry in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of entry or if, in the Club s reasonable opinion, an entrant tampers or interferes with any entry mechanism in any way. 48. If the Raffle cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Club s control, the Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Raffle (subject to regulatory approval). If the Club cancels the Raffle, the Club will endeavour to notify and provide participants with the option of having payment refunded or donated to the Club. If the Club suspends or modifies the Raffle, the Club reserves the right to determine how the suspended or modified Raffle proceeds and prizes are awarded (again, subject to regulatory approval).

4 49. Images used by the Club throughout the books of Raffle tickets and/or as part of any additional promotional or advertising materials are for illustration purposes only. 50. To the extent permitted by law, the Club will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or participation in the Raffle. In addition, the Club accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize. 51. 5 Additional Terms & Conditions (imposed by 3 rd party providers) applicable to individual prizes First Prize APT Europe River Cruise The First Prize Winner will receive: o o Europe River cruise for two people in a Twin Balcony Suite (Category P+) $2000 Flight Centre Voucher Tour Code EUMC15/EUMCR15 Valid for travel in 2017/8. Bookings shall be accepted subject to cruise availability and the Company reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/or itineraries. The prize is not available during blackout dates, school holidays, embargo periods, high season and is subject to availability. On occasion, bookings can only be confirmed 3-4 months before departure date. The Flight Centre voucher does not have to be redeemed in-conjunction with the accommodation. Prize is not transferable or refundable. No cash refund or reimbursement allowed if the cruise is not utilised; no credit given if full value of the cruise is not utilised on one booking. Some expenses are not included in the prize and will be at your own cost. These include, but are not limited to; cabin upgrades, meals not specified in the chosen trip itinerary, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to arrange any visas and ensure passports are valid. Once booked, cancellation and change fees may apply if date changes are made. It is the responsibility of a non-victorian prize winner to change over the registration of the caravan to their appropriate State. If the winner of this prize is under 18 years of age, the winner s parent/guardian must accept and collect this prize on the winner s behalf.

6 Third Prize Ultimate Saints Experience The Third Prize Winner will receive: o 2 x B&F tickets 2017 o Team photo (2 people) o 2 x President Table tickets o Tour of RSEA Park and lunch with Coach & Captain (+ 4 guests) o Pre-Game & Post Game Dressing Room access (4 people) Includes Coin Toss and Mascot The nominated mascot participant must be 12 years or older. Best & Fairest & President Table tickets can only be used by people 18 years and over. Team photo & tour of RSEA Park will be scheduled based on Club availability (notified to the winner at a later stage). Pre and Post game activities will be scheduled at a Club home game based on Club and winner availability (to be confirmed). Fourth Prize $6000 Tissot Voucher (Donated by Xblades) Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of prize notification. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Terms and conditions regarding voucher validity are contained on / with each voucher. Fifth Prize $3000 Tissot Voucher (Donated by Xblades) Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of prize notification. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sixth Seventh Prize $500 Holman Pack (Donated by Holman) The products will be sent via post and delivered to the prize winners houses so the winners will have to provide their full names, contact details and addresses. The winners cannot redeem the products for cash or gift vouchers. Eighth Prize $500 RSEA Voucher (Donated by RSEA) RSEA gift card will expire 12 months from the date of issue. Unused balance on expiry of RSEA gift cards will not be refunded or credited. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on RSEA gift cards. Treat RSEA gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. RSEA gift cards are to be used for purchase of goods and services at RSEA stores only (excluding hire services, purchases initiated by phone, , online, post or fax). RSEA gift cards are not redeemable for cash or payment of credit or store accounts.

7 Ninth Tenth Prize $250 Virus High Performance Discount Voucher (Donated by Virus) Virus gift card will expire 12 months from the date of issue. Unused balance on expiry of Virus gift cards will not be refunded or credited. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on Virus gift cards. Treat Virus gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Virus gift cards are to be used for purchase of goods and services at Virus stores only. Virus gift cards are not redeemable for cash or payment of credit or store accounts.
