The International Marine Animal Trainers Association (IMATA) is comprised of over 1,600 members that are dedicated to advancing the humane care and handling of marine animals by fostering communication between professionals that serve marine animal science through training, public display, research, husbandry, conservation, and education. Each year, IMATA organizes a 6-day conference that provides an interactive venue for animal trainers, researchers, veterinarians, managers, business owners, and educators to present their work, learn from each other, and network with colleagues and suppliers. TERMS AND CONDITIONS You, as an individual and/or company understand the following terms and conditions that are stated in this form and shall abide by them with the full understanding that IMATA has the right to revoke your participation in any IMATA conference if a breach occurs. Conference registration is not included with Exhibitor Table purchase. You are solely responsible for all your company items and personnel at the IMATA conference. It is agreed that IMATA and the hotel are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the exhibitor/sponsor, their employees, or their property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during, and subsequent to the period covered by this agreement. It is advisable that you do not leave any items of value unattended at any time at your table and/or designated area. There will be no rebate given if your exhibitor table is dismantled by your own company prior to the scheduled end time during the conference, or if you choose to not participate in all scheduled exhibit times. No permanent attachments to any area surrounding, on or in your exhibit area are to be made, and any damage to the table or hotel property, will be fully covered by the exhibitor. No product sales are to be made at your exhibitor table or during the conference, however you may hand out sales forms and solicit future business. All samples, paraphernalia, and marketing materials from your company are to be distributed at your designated assigned areas only. All of your company representatives/employees at the IMATA conference shall conduct business in a professional manner and under no circumstances harass another company, exhibitor, conference attendee, and/or any person at the IMATA conference. Any sponsorship cancellation must be given in writing via to sponsorship@imata.org and received no later than August 15, 2017 to receive a full refund.
