6 A magnet built into the float of FM Mag Gauge, floating on the measured liquids introduced into the chamber made of nonmagnetic tube, activates and rotates a string of coled flappers on the external surface of the chamber, and thus indicates the liquid level by the change of col. As shown in the following figure, the liquid to be measured is introduced into the chamber made of nonferrous material tube. A float is located in the chamber moves up and down accding to the liquid level. A magnet installed in the float attracts flappers to change the col to indicate the liquid level. Magnetized rotating flappers are fitted in indicat housing in at an equivalent intervals. The front side col of flappers is black and the other side is coled yellow f every 0mm and coled red f every 00mm. The flappers in same col string attract magnetically each other keeping same col stably. When liquid level changes, the float magnet attracts flappers which cresponds to float position and turns the flappers. Thus, the col changes accding to liquid level. The liquid phase is indicated in yellow, and also in red at 0 and every 00mm point, and vap phase is indicated in black. The fluescent col flappers allow clear vision of liquid level. And alarm contacts and/ to 0mA analog output can be provided. One unit of FM Mag Gauge covers all necessary functions of level moniting. * FMS series with mm interval flapper type can be provided.
