1 Technical Information TI 034N/08/en Magnet Float Type Level Gauge LT-1112/1212 series Magnet float type level gauge using seal pipe Operation Principle LT 1112/1212 model float gauge features notable mechanism of magnet being installed inside the float and the seal pipe is going through the middle of the float. When the liquid surface moves, inevitably the float moves. It also means that the magnet inside the float moves along with the float. At this time, measuring tape inside the seal pipe pulls the float. As a result, the measurement is transmitted to the gauge head (main unit) via the measurement tape. At the gauge head, movement of the measurement tape is converted to the rotation angle. The level indicator corresponds to the movement and displays the level.
