The product is designed for the production of three-part syringes and a wide range of medical articles. Jampilen HP371P is sterilisable both with gamma and E-beam irradiation and with ETO. 12 Jampilen HP420M Jampilen HP420M is a high flow polypropylene homopolymer designed for the production of biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) on tubular double bubble lines and cast film. Typical applications are BOPP packaging, laminating film and drinking straws but also packaging foodstuffs such as pasta, snacks, biscuits, bakery products and confectionery, film for packaging for flowers, books stationery, blankets, shirts, knitwear and hosiery. 13 Jampilen HP421H Jampilen HP421H is a modified homopolymer designed for the very high speed production of coextruded BOPP films. The product is used for the core of the coextruded film structure with a low seal temperature resin (Jampilen terpolymers) in the outside layers. Jampilen HP421H allows an outstanding extrusion stability and thickness variation control, especially on cascade lines, very high drawability and readiness to a two way orientation. The product contains a reinforced processing stabilization and a package of slip and antistatic agents but does not bear any antiblocking agents. BOPP films produced with Jampilen HP421H feature good mechanical properties, even at low temperatures, excellent barrier against moisture, odours, oils, fats and oxygen and high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment. 14 Jampilen HP422H Jampilen HP422H is a modified homopolymer designed for the high speed production of BOPP films, wherein an outstanding extrusion stability, thickness variation control, a very high drawability and readiness to a two way orientation would be achieved. The product contains a reinforced processing stabilization and features low water carry-over properties. Jampilen HP422H does not contain any slip or antistatic agent and is Calcium Stearate free. The Product is particularly suitable for metalizing film. BOPP films produced with Jampilen HP422H feature good mechanical properties, even at low temperatures, excellent barrier against moisture, odors, oils and oxygen and good transparency and gloss. Monolayer or coextruded films made of Jampilen HP422H with a thickness ranging from 20 to 40 µm are used for the packaging of foodstuffs, cosmetics, CDs and DVDs. 43 Jampilen HP528H Jampilen HP528H is a homopolymer designed for the manufacture of coextruded biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films. The product is used for the core of the coextruded film structure with a low seal temperature random copolymer (Jampilen terpolymers) in the outside layers. Jampilen HP528H has been designed to provide a very stable extrusion on stenter lines and to render excellent thickness control, increased drawability and readiness to a two way orientation. The product contains a reinforced processing stabilization and a package of slip and antistatic agents but does not contain antiblocking agents. BOPP films produced with Jampilen HP528H feature good mechanical properties, high impact strength and puncture resistance, even at low temperatures. The films form an excellent barrier against moisture, odours, oils, fats and oxygen and feature high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment.
