Developing Best Practices Conference Sponsorships flow directly to support the development of Best Practices; the cost of the Conference itself is largely covered by attendee registrations. Sponsorships are a great way to support COAA activities and a great way for stakeholders to be recognized as leaders and contributors in our industry. Sponsor applications are not a guarantee of sponsorship. All applications are reviewed by COAA staff upon a first-come, first-serve basis. Company logos, preferred URLs and other sponsorship materials and files must be submitted prior to the deadline noted above. Sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored nor represent, advertise or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other firm or organization except as approved in writing by COAA. v. COAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the conference up to 45 days prior to the scheduled conference dates.
