4 Speaker and Entertainer Sponsor $2, per speaker Being the title sponsor of one of our speakers or entertainers is a great way to not only advertise your company but to also have your product associated with one of these great outdoorsmen. (all direct product endorsements deals are between the entertainers and the individual companies. ) Your companies name will be on all advertising and promotions that is associated with the speaker or entertainer that you sponsor. A representative of your company will be able to introduce your company, and talk about your products for up to 5 to 7 min and then introduce the speaker (if you elect to do this). Entertainers will speak multiple times throughout the expo. Your company will also be allowed to display your banners and products on the main stage during the seminars of your sponsored speaker. Optional: A product giveaway is a great way to create a buzz about your company and it s a wonderful way to draw the biggest crowd possible. Individuals can get their buck scored for free during this event. Spectators line up to come by and see the record setting bucks and sheds. Sponsoring the buck scoring event is a great way to promote a wide variety of products and services that tailor to the deer hunters. 6 What a great opportunity to have your products and services Product and in front of approximately 15,000 outdoorsmen and thousands of Trip followers on our different social media sites. All of the hunting, Giveaways fishing, shooting and camping gear that we giveaway at the Truth and the Outdoors are donated from great companies like yours. These great giveaways draw spectators from all over the Midwest and grow your brands awareness. Why would you want to participate in this? The answer is simple, Wildlife expo s like these are fundamentally the greatest way to promote the outdoors industry and insure the next generation of outdoorsmen will be here to sustain the industry and protect the land and conserve the wildlife. By generously giving to the Truth and the Outdoors, your company will not only be able to take that donation as a tax deduction ( we are a 501c3 non profit organization), we will also have your products predominantly displayed in high traffic areas at the expo. Your company will also be promoted on all of our social media sites. Bonus: Sponsorships can consist of monetary donations, product and/or trip donations or a combination of the two. Only 60% of retail value of donated products and services may be used, to qualify for one of our levels of sponsorships. The other 40% must be in the form of a monetary donation. Sponsor for the Share the Harvest Can Food Drive $???????? This is a unique sponsorship opportunity. We would like a company or a group of companies to sponsor the Share the Harvest Food Drive by matching the number of cans of food donated from the spectators at the expo. You may set a cap on this if you wish, but I encourage you not to. All of the food, will be distributed among different food pantries in the Franklin County area and any dog and cat food will be distributed among the animal shelters. We have the opportunity to feed a lot of hungry kids and families. Any money that we collect for this will be used for the cost of distribution and any other money will be used to purchase more food. Together we can make a difference! For your help in this great initiative, we will work out an advertisement display in our program, multiple social media advertisements, and 4 free expo season tickets for your help. 7 Truth and the Outdoors Scholarship Fund New this year, the Truth and the Outdoors is focused on helping young outdoorsmen pursue a college education by rewarding generous scholarships to youth. It s such an awesome opportunity for young Christian Outdoorsmen to represent the wildlife industry and combine their love of the outdoors with personal growth. An opportunity to have a great education is key in any field they decide to pursue. If you or your company would like to help by contributing to the Youth in the Outdoors Scholarship fund, we would greatly appreciate it. Sponsor for the Shuttle Busses $ Have your companies name displayed on one of our shuttle busses during the expo. As a thank you, the Truth and the Outdoors will also recognized your company in the program as a sponsor of the expo, place a link back to your website and you ll receive 2 season tickets. Sponsor for the Food Court $ Your companies name will be printed on the map in the program recognizing you as the sponsor of the food court. Your banners will also be displayed at the entrances of the food court during the expo. As a thank you, the Truth and the Outdoors will also recognized your company in the program as a sponsor of the expo and place a link back to your website. Sponsor for the Mothers Room $ Your companies name will be printed on the map in the program recognizing you as the sponsor of the Mothers Room. This is a special room that is set up to help take care of special needs of those that have little children. It will have things like private nursing stations, changing stations, rockers, etc. Your banners or signage will also be displayed at the entrances of the this room during the expo. As a thank you, the Truth and the Outdoors will also recognized your company in the program as a sponsor of the expo and place a link back to your website.

8 Entry Gate Welcome Banner $ (Maximum of 2 companies) To gain maximum exposure, have your companies banner placed at the two entry tent. Your company must supply the two banners and they must have grommets on all four sides of the banner. Banner Placement $2.00 per square foot. Have your banner placed throughout the expo center to draw more attention to you products and services. (you must supply the banner or signage.) Light Tower Sponsorship $ per light tower. ( eight sponsorships are available.) You will also receive 2 free season passes to the expo. Your company will shine at the expo, when you sponsor one of the eight light towers needed to light the midway and the parking lots. We will place a sign with your logo and company information in front of a light tower proudly displaying you as a sponsor of the expo. (Your company will also be listed on the sponsors page of the web site and on the sponsors page in the program.) ATV/ UTV Signage $ per UTV (8 individual UTV s may be sponsored) You will also receive 2 free season passes to the expo. As the expo is in full swing, we use many ATV and UTV s to run the expo efficiently. You can advertise on these vehicles to let the community know that you re a supporter of the Truth and the Outdoors with your full color logo and company info. (Your company will also be listed on the sponsors page of the web site and on the sponsors page in the program.)

9 Ink Pen Advertising Your Company Supplied Pens or $ 4, to have them imprinted with your companies information. What a great way to get your name out into the area. The first 15,000 spectator will receive a pen in their welcome bag. They will be using these pens throughout the expo, as they sign up for different prizes and giveaways. This means that your name will be in front of them over and over. An added benefit is; pens are typically kept much longer that other types of advertising. Making your investment in the expo a wise choice. If your company has new pens that you would like to use, that is OK. If you need us to help you in ordering these pens with your advertising, we would be happy to help. Lanyard Advertising (Maximum of 1 company) $ These 500 Lanyards will be worn by every Volunteer, Entertainer and Vendor. Your companies information will be imprinted on the bottom of each of the cards and on the fabric of the lanyard. 8 colors are available. The imprint space is 5/8 x 10 on the lanyard and 1.5 x 4 on the id card. ( If this Lanyard sponsorship is sold, the Badge Holder sponsorship will be deleted.) Badge Holder $ These 500 Badges will be worn by every Volunteer, Entertainer and Vendor. Your companies information will be imprinted on the bottom of each of the cards. The imprint space is 1.5 x 4 ( If a Lanyard sponsorship is sold, the Badge Holder sponsorship will be deleted.)
