2 Display advertisement costs Discounts For regular advertisers, discounts are offered when booking and pre-paying for a series of adverts, even where new content is required for every issue. 4 Any repro work, settings or amendments will carry an additional charge starting at 50, and dependent on the amount of work involved. We cannot guarantee to send you a proof of your artwork because of the high volume of advertising every issue. Please contact the office (contact details below) to discuss your needs. Inserts Inserts advertising training, events and publications can be included in The Psychotherapist, subject to approval. The maximum finished size is A4, smaller sizes and multiple page documents are both allowed. The basic cost for mailing an insert is 750 for non-members and 600 for members, based on a maximum weight of 15gsm: as a guide this is approximately a single-sheet A3 folded to give 4 sides of A4, on 140gsm paper. If you wish to send heavier documents, for every additional 15gsm step, add 200. Delivery address and box labelling information will be given approximately 2 3 weeks before the publishing date. Terms and conditions All advertisers must confirm their booking by completing and returning the advertising booking form. reserves the right to amend publication dates at any time. Cancellation Cancellation of an advert once the booking form has been signed and returned must be notified in writing and the advertiser may be charged the full amount.
