7 15th Anniversary Celebration EVENT Thursday, July 18th 5-7 pm The St. Augustine Record One News Place, St. Augustine, FL (Corner of 312 & 207) Vendor Agreement The following information is provided to ensure that our event is a success, please read carefully: Set up time is Thursday 10am-3pm. If you have requested electricity at your booth please bring extension cords and/or power strips needed. The event will begin promptly at 5pm. Participating vendors will also have the option of having space outside the front doors of The Record and each participating vendor is responsible for the contents of their space including tent, table etc. Space is assigned solely by The St. Augustine Record. All food vendors will have priority for inside space. All gold package vendors will have first priority for premium location. Breakdown is scheduled for 7pm. All exhibits must be removed promptly and the area must be returned to the same condition as prior to event. Exhibits must remain open and manned during the entire event, do not leave your exhibit unattended. All set up must be complete by 4:30pm. Vendors may distribute printed materials, souvenirs, or other items within their space, promotion beyond your space must be pre-approved. Food and items provided by vendors are for sampling and demonstration only and cannot be sold. Your exhibit may not extend beyond its designated space. Vendors may not share space with any business not their own or with any business that has not contracted to participate in event. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The St. Augustine Record and its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all demands, claims and damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney s fees, arising out of or caused by vendor s or its attendees negligence or willful misconduct.
