Every effort will be made to assign you to your top choice. Previous exhibitors: please be sure to list booth number(s) of top choice(s). Booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with a completed and signed contract accompanied by at least a 50% non refundable/ non transferrable down payment (balance due by Feb. 16, 2018). No assignments will be made unless this policy is followed. Ballan ne Management Group of Virginia reserves the right to make any changes with or without no ce to ensure no company will be placed by its compe tors, to ensure posi ve traffic flow, and to ensure an overall appearance of the show.
